Good location, comfortable room and toilette. Unlucky there isn't a gym and the breakfast at the bar is not so large.

We stayed at this hotel with our child. Overall the stay was fine and the beds were very comfortable, so we slept well. The area is great – quiet, safe and close to shops and cafés.
However, the room was a bit cold and our child got chilly at night. There were no carpets on the floor, so our socks were always getting dirty and the floor felt dusty. The breakfast was also quite weak, with a rather limited selection.
In general it was an okay stay, but with a warmer room, better floor cleanliness and a stronger breakfast, the experience could be much better.

Our accommodation in Q-Factory was exactly what we needed to enjoy for 4 days Amsterdam. It is not in the city center and we always needed transportation (tram o train) but we liked that as we discovered the hood around which is great. Vibrant atmosphere, quiet area and cool details all around the hotel.
