Fantastisch verblijf! Ons bezoek heeft maar een nachtje mogen duren maar hadden zeker een week kunnen blijven. Locatie is erg bereikbaar gelegen, je kunt alle kanten op. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het eten is fenomenaal. De kamer was brandschoon en straalt compleetheid en rust uit.

Als je op zoek bent naar een culinaire ervaring die zowel je smaakpapillen als je zintuigen verwent, dan is restaurant Spring in Amsterdam de perfecte bestemming. Tijdens mijn recente bezoek was ik enorm onder de indruk van de kwaliteit van het eten en de ontspannen sfeer. Het menu bij Spring is een waar feest voor de smaakpapillen. Elk gerecht is zorgvuldig samengesteld met verse, lokale ingrediënten die de smaken tot hun recht laten komen. Wat Spring echt bijzonder maakt, is de sfeer. Ondanks dat het midden in de bruisende stad Amsterdam ligt, straalt het restaurant een serene en ontspannen ambiance uit. De inrichting is modern maar gezellig, met veel groen en natuurlijke materialen die bijdragen aan een rustige en uitnodigende omgeving. Het personeel is vriendelijk en attent, zonder opdringerig te zijn, wat bijdraagt aan de relaxte sfeer. Of je nu een romantisch diner voor twee plant of een gezellige avond met vrienden, Spring biedt een eetervaring die je niet snel zult vergeten. Het is een aanrader voor iedereen die van heerlijk eten houdt in een ontspannen en stijlvolle setting.

Wonderful hotel, team and service. Stayed for 3 nights and it was a treat to get back to the hotel after exploring Amsterdam. Excellent welcome, comfortable beds, great e-bikes and delicious breakfast on the terrace. Would definitely recommend!

Mijn partner en ik hebben gedineerd bij spring, op het prachtige terras. Het is een oase van rust, je zou niet denken dat je in Amsterdam zit. De burrata en de tong waren overheerlijk bereid. De Chef, Marco heeft zelf de gerechten naar onze tafel gebracht en persoonlijk toegelicht. Wij komen zeker terug!

Ik heb hier geluncht met mijn partner en dochter, wat een fijne plek is Spring Cafe Brasserie. Ze hebben kinderstoelen tot hun beschikking en zelfs een apart kinder menu, het personeel is erg attent ook naar de kinderen toe. Het is een fijne plek en een goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug!
