The hotel is near Disney, and the hotel's exclusive shuttle bus can be reached in 5 minutes. The internal facilities are comfortable and tidy, very satisfied.

There's not a single kind of kindness. I left my things there and came back. I got a call from the hotel that I found them, and I'm going to pick them up again. It took me an hour to receive it. It fully reflected my lazy and not caring about my own business.

Perfect location to parks shuttle service was great too
Rooms quiet clean and roomy very comfortable beds the pool was relaxing the Japanese restaurant was the bomb the chefs were great funny we enjoyed talking with them while they were creating some lovely sushi plates some of the best fresh authentic sushi I’ve ever had
Only sushi place I know close to Disneyland
This hotel has great value it’s family friendly we’ve stayed here several times and we highly recommend

The hotel is very large, very quiet, and the environment is very beautiful. The back door of the room opens directly into the garden. The room facilities are relatively old, but I still like it here. I have stayed for several days, especially suitable for parents and children. Easy access to Disney, and watching the Disney fireworks show on the grass in the hotel garden was awesome.

Love the location and the shuttle. Very helpful with my mother-in-law getting to and from the parks without having to walk extra. Also great for kids at the end of the night when we are all tired and worn out. Wonderful and helpful staff and both the hotel and shuttle. Many times the driver helped my hubby with the stroller. Rooms were spacious and felt like home.Such a nice place we can't wait to come back in December.

Didn’t specified what time was the check in they keep saying will call when your room is ready .. got there at 11 am and waited for an 1 hour and half and after 2 hours of waiting and calling every 30 min they told me checked in was at 4 pm .. they didn’t give me the wifi passcode or they didn’t give me a sheet with information about the hours of services for food or the amenities of the hotel.

I didn’t like that the suite shower had very poor water pressure and no amenitiesfor the price you pay.the place was very plain I expected more for a suite that size.

I have only one complaint about the property, the cleanliness there was dust on the curtains by the bed on the sideboards the restroom looked outdated but not terrible . Loves the shuttle system it literally gave a better Disney experience there was always one available and it would leave you by the entrance , staff was always nice , enjoyed breakfast would definitely come back , even though you have to pay for parking it literally paya foe the shuttle so it’s a win win
