The opposite of the hotel is Toy Story Parking Lot, Disneyland will provide shuttle bus services to/fro Disneyland. 2 minutes walk to CVS pharmacy/ 7-11/ and Walgreen for your snacks or souvenirs. The amenities ie toothpaste/ brush will be provided on a request basis. Photos provided are Disneyland for your reference."

"I arrived earlier than check-in time, but they let me into my room as it was ready, which was a great help since I had been on a long journey. The hotel was completely Pixar-themed, which got me excited! As soon as I entered, I was trying to take a picture of the wall when a staff member approached me and took a picture for me. You can meet Bing Bong, Doug, and Joe Gardner (who plays music!). On the third floor, there is a Nemo-themed pool and activity area, and there were lots of children there. You can also see the Disneyland fireworks from there at night, so it was enjoyable even on days when I didn't go into the park. I was also told I could use the spa at the Disneyland Hotel, so I went for a stroll and found a jacuzzi that adults could enjoy and a pool for children to play in. When I went (June 2026), there was no early entry perk for hotel guests, and I was told that I could only use the multi-pass once. My Disney app and hotel reservation information were not linked, and when I went to check at the counter, I was told that it would be automatically added once I entered the park, but it wasn't added. When I mentioned this at Disney, I was told to go to the service counter to link my account, but I was already further inside, so I didn't end up using the perk. That was the only disappointing thing. Even with that taken into account, it was a satisfying hotel, so I recommend it to Pixar fans!"

"The location is next to Disneyland, within walking distance. Nearby hotels are basically in the same area, and the distance is about the same. You can also see the fireworks show from the hotel, and there are many places to eat nearby. The rooms are quite large, and they all have small balconies. The hotel is like a small garden, and there is also a water park for children to play. Because there is a highway nearby, the noise is quite loud, there is nothing we can do. Parking fee is acceptable, about 30 after tax. We checked out at 11 o'clock, and they agreed to let us park until 14:00. In addition, the staff service is good."

Cleaning started on the fourth day of my stay, and they replaced the towels upon request and also collected the trash at the same time. The location and safety were excellent, the hotel staff were very helpful, and I had a very comfortable stay."
