"Wow! What a great place. Check in was pleasant and helpful; we arrived early (10a) so our room was ready. They held our luggage until we returned from Disneyland that evening. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was great and the staff outstanding, they worked hard and exhibited happiness. Grandkids loved the water slides and pool area. Staff there seemed bored but still helpful. All in all they have a great staff; HR be sure to take care of them! If we ever have the opportunity to revisit Anaheim, the Cambria will be on our list to stay at again."

"I booked this hotel because of its high ratings on Ctrip. The result: This is the first time I've encountered a hotel where daily cleaning is only available upon request. If you don't ask for it, no one cleans the room, and this wasn't mentioned during check-in. Coming back from Disneyland at night, I found the bed and bathroom completely untouched. When I called the front desk, they said it was too late and housekeeping had already finished for the day. Also, the hotel rooms don't provide disposable toothbrushes; you have to go to the front desk on the first floor to get them if needed."

"The complimentary shampoo smelled great, and the shower pressure was fantastic. There were quite a few bugs caught in the vanity light, but it wasn't an issue as long as you didn't look too closely. When I checked in at night, the lobby was locked, and I had to check in through a window. A bottle of room-temperature water costs $7.50."

"After making a reservation for 2 nights, I realized that I needed one more night, so I made an additional reservation.When I informed them of this, they made me a room key so that I didn't have to move rooms, and they were very accommodating. It was good. I was asked at the front desk about cleaning the room and changing towels, and when I told them, ``I don't need cleaning, but I would like towels,'' they brought new towels right outside the door. There was a space near the front desk where you could buy snacks like a simple convenience store. The location was good and the service was good, so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity."

"The hotel is in a very good location, 15 minutes walk to Disneyland, there is a Starbucks and restaurant on the first floor, and there are restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies around. The biggest problem is that the disinfectant smell in the room is too strong, and the whole floor is like this, which is unbearable. I hope the hotel can improve it. It's really terrible"
