Amazing
GGuest UserThe price/performance ratio is not high, but the location is great. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the stadium to watch an ice hockey game. It is mainly a hotel for fans. The breakfast for self-stay is average. In short, it is convenient for guests without a car to stay for one night.
GGuest UserThe location is near the Toy Story parking lot, making it convenient for shuttles, and the bus to Outlet at Orange is right around the corner.
The facilities are clean, friendly, and the breakfast is delicious.
If the restaurant is full, you can take it to your room for breakfast.
There's also a microwave in the room, so it's convenient for reheating food...
I was very satisfied in every way~^^
GGuest UserLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!
MMomingThis hotel is facing Disneyland. If you don't consider Disney Hotel, this hotel can be the first choice. The breakfast is OK, but the parking space is a bit small
GGuest UserThe overall hotel environment is great, and it's very close to Disneyland. The staff are also very enthusiastic and professional, and the Disney atmosphere is strong. The facilities are a bit old, but they are well-maintained. The hotel pool is excellent, and the kids loved it. The hotel has self-service washing machines and dryers, but the malfunction rate and charges are quite high, and you need to bring your own laundry detergent. There are many dining options nearby, so there's no need to book breakfast. Self-parking is convenient and also includes complimentary valet parking. You can see fireworks from the hallways at night, but it can also get noisy.
CChanElsaThe hotel is very close to Disneyland, and you can see the fireworks from the room at night. The location is really good. I chose this hotel because they have a laundry room. The front desk staff are very patient and friendly. Please note that the hotel may be full, so we cannot check in early around 2:50 when we arrived, and we have to wait until 3 o'clock to get the room card. In addition, the room settings are quite old, and the light on the bathroom sink is broken. If you want to wash clothes, you need to buy the washing powder yourself. You can get it at the canteen and check it out at the front desk. It costs 2 dollars for a small box (the amount of clothes for one wash). There are 2 washing machines in the laundry room that are broken, so I waited a long time to wash clothes in the morning. In addition, the breakfast is really bad and there are few varieties. If you don’t have laundry or you can accept the hotel’s paid laundry/drying service, I personally recommend not to book this hotel.
JJcEverything about this hotel is a perfection; the staff engages on having thoughtful manners towards those who are residents here. If there’s anything being issued they assure you to doing the best & helping out the best way possible that way you’re satisfied.
AAnonymous UserHas a direct shuttle bus to Disneyland Anaheim, around 2 stops.
Overall was a good experience. Place felt safe as well, the bus stop to Disneyland was within the compound so it felt a lot safer. The hotel after this busstop had homeless people sleeping on the benches.
LLakwtseraThe hotel is a bit old but I like the setup as it is a suite. The location is not far from disneyland.
On our forat day hte rooms.wanst cleaned. Every day after, I had to wait for.thwm.to come by and we had to go.outsode the door.for.them.to clean it even then, they did not really clean it to standarda I.whad to ask them to vacuum the floor. They also do not give us 4.towels as what I have reserved. They want us to call the service desk and they come to.del8ver it so not bad. I just think it's ridiculous when the housekeeping itself.reuse to give extra.
I only went.t9 a breakfast once. It looks like they always have the same menu every day.
Overall, it's not that bad. But if they improve the service, that would be a wonderful hotel.
AAnonymous UserThe Holiday Inn is in a good location with convenient surroundings and offers good value for money in the greater Los Angeles area. The public area facilities are average, the rooms have been renovated and are relatively clean, but the breakfast selection is not very extensive.
