The price is high, the facilities are so-so, the room hygiene is so-so, the bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy, the environment is opposite Disneyland, the service is so-so, the breakfast is okay, and there is free parking.

The location was very, very good, but the sewer smell was too bad... and the soundproofing of the next room was not good at all... except for the location.

It was a little pricey when compared to other hotels on the high end but worth it when it comes to location, cleanliness and staff.

We got in after midnight. I had called to let them know and the lady who checked us in was rude. She made a snarky comment. We were put in a room on the 3rd floor all the way in the back of the 2nd building and the location was just inconvenient. Something they can’t change and I understand. Breakfast was good. I wish they had better options but it did the job. The rooms were clean but the housekeeping staff did amazing every day they came in. They arranged my daughters toys in cute little positions throughout our stay. That was my favorite part of the stay. I would explore other options in the future but would not be opposed to stay here again.

This hotel is amazing to use with your family, especially if you’re going to Disneyland, it’s just across the street, great location, it has a great breakfast included too. It’s pretty expensive for the hotel to offer to you $300+ per night, but it’s very comfortable and clean and has a great location. Definitely, I’ll be back in the future with my family.

The location is amazing for visiting Disneyland. It’s also easy to catch an ART shuttle to explore the city or visit Knott’s Berry Farm. The rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfast buffet is hot and fresh. Always nice to check in and stay here while visiting Anaheim.

Right across the street from Disneyland which I really appreciate at the end of the Day. The staff was so helpful. We added an extra day at Disneyland and they moved everything for us while we were at the park. So helpful. Breakfast buffet was always well stocked and clean. Super easy to get an early start staying here. Will for sure come again.
