The price is high, the facilities are so-so, the room hygiene is so-so, the bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy, the environment is opposite Disneyland, the service is so-so, the breakfast is okay, and there is free parking.

The location was very, very good, but the sewer smell was too bad... and the soundproofing of the next room was not good at all... except for the location.

Stayed at Best Western while at Disneyland. The location to Disneyland was very close which allowed us to easily return during the day for rest breaks. Service was great, the room was clean and the breakfast was plentiful. We appreciated the many hot and cold options that included lots of healthy choices. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and called our room shortly after checking in to ask if we had any questions or needed anything. Beds could have been a little firmer but this is a common issue at many hotels including the Disneyland Resort hotel which was double the price. We visit Disneyland almost yearly and will definitely return to this hotel again in the future.

I was surprisingly blown away with how happy I was with our stay here. Rooms were clean, and I pay special attention to the bathroom and shower, and it was spotless! The included breakfast was a great added value to my family as we ate there every morning before the parks. Food was hot, nothing ran out, plenty of options and the people were so kind and welcoming. I will definately book here again!

Convenience to Disney was important to us as well as affordability. We were so well looked after, by helpful and friendly staff. Complex was safe, tidy, and nicely maintained. Our room was clean and beds were so comfy, perfect after our long days at Disney.

This hotel is a very short walk to Disneyland’s front gate. We had to pay to park at the hotel, but they let us park before checking in. It was very noisy due to our room being near the elevator. We could also hear conversations of the people next to us. There were noisy kids running up and down the balcony outside early in the morning and loud beeping from what we think were trash trucks that seemed to last a long time.

We’ve stayed at both Best Western locations outside the park in the past and both have very short proximity to Disneyland; this is our second time staying at this location. Our room is very clean, breakfast in the morning has great selections. The only suggestions that we have are low water pressure for the shower head and not so great sound proof of the wall. We can clearly hear the conversations of our neighbors.
We did enjoy our stay and will return in the future.

Fantastic location, wide variety at breakfast. All of the staff were friendly- from the front desk, cleaning, breakfast ladies and mantience. Parking is a little tight so watch out. Our van was hit/rubbed against and had we seen it before we checked out we would have tried to get help in tracking the person down. Great value and you can't beat being able to walk to the parks and restaurants. I definitely recommend this one!
