We love staying at the Best Western. We always have a great stay! Breakfast is the best plus!

I got an upgraded room and it fit the family well and was comfortable. Also took less than 20 min to walk to Disney front gate. All around good value.

Really not fair to properly review this property because it is under construction. But it would have been nice to know that it was under remodel in advance . . . It is definitely in need of a facelift, the old is very dated so I commend the company for the renovation. I would like t stay there when complete. The price was a good value, and the parking very protected from people wandering into the area. I am a huge fan of the their beds! Super Comfy!! Great service att he front desk as well. . . .

We like the modifications of the property. Remodeling the rooms by making them suites allowed effective use of the rooms for families.

Worst Hotel experience ever, the hotel does not have a noise control policy. We were located on the 2nd floor and the room above us on the 3rd floor had people running back and forth all hours of the night, stomping, banging, yelling continuously until 3:30am. I had to be up by 5:00am, needles to say I only got 1-hour of sleep. The 2nd night was exactly the same. I contacted the office and explained what was happening, they sent a maintenance person who witnessed the noise and said he would speak to the people on the 3rd. floor. Needless to say the noise continued throughout the night. I must have called the office at least 8 separate times to complain and they basically said their was nothing they could do??? Typically a Hotel would have a noise control policy that would include a warning on the 1st offence, a fine applied to the credit card on the 2nd offence and finally removal from the hotel on the 3rd offence. The person (Female) at the front desk again told me "what do I expect the Hotel to do" with a very negative tone. My response to that is, I'm sorry, its not up to me to set policy, its your job to do that! My recommendation regarding the Best Western Plus Raffles Hotel located on 2040 S Harbor Blvd. Anaheim CA. "Avoid at all Costs"

The property was under construction, so there was a parking issue and a make-shift lobby, but the room was nicer than expected and the breakfast was great. The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. I would like some hooks in the bathroom area, but no big deal. The only problem we had was noise. There was a party going on above us with screaming and jumping, etc... It was late and we were trying to get our daughter to sleep before a long day at Disney starting early the next morning. I called the front desk and they said they'd take care of it, but the noise didn't stop. It eventually stopped around midnight when everyone at the "party" seemed to leave to go party elsewhere.

Good hot breakfast, clean and enough spece for 5 people on a suite. Larger fridge , and microwave. Super easy and quick walk to convention center Worked perfectlyfor our stay.

The property was under construction!!! And we didn’t know. It’s older so it looks like they’re doing upgrades. But they are using parking spots to house construction materials and parking was horrendous. We didn’t want to leave because we weren’t sure if we would have a spot when we got back. Don’t book here until they finish their upgrades. We stayed 2/15/24-2/19/24.
