Excelente servicio por parte de Sergio Martínez! Amamos encontramos con el en el desayuno, siempre nos ayudaba en lo que necesitábamos y estaba super feliz de atendernos! Todo en el desayuno era impecable y nos sentimos siempre muy bien atendidos

Wonderful place to stay near Disneyland. Next to the Toy Story parking lot, so you can easily take the tram, or just walk. It took us about 15 minutes to make the walk. The rooms were clean and nice. My kids loved staying in the suite with bunk beds. Every staff member I talked to was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. They either had pancakes or waffles, some form of eggs, sausage or bacon, along with muffins, fruit, cereal, and yogurt. Recommend to anyone looking to not pay the ridiculous prices of a hotel across the street from the park.

Decent hotel, not quite as close to Disney as I had thought. Room could use some updating. My main reason for the lower review was the beds. They are so uncomfortable. Pillows were awful and there are NO blankets! There are a couple sheets and that is it! We had family stay in another room and they said the same thing. If you are looking for comfort these beds are not it. Bring your own pillows and blankets.

Todo estuvo muy bien, la habitación cómoda y limpia, el personal muy agradable, sobretodo el señor Sergio en el comedor, y Chris Morales en recepción, ambos muy amables y atentos, definitivamente regresaremos para próximas visitas a Los Angeles y a Disney

This Hotel is amazing for the people who go to Disneyland! Its walking distance from the Toy Story Shuttle! The people who work there are super Nice!!! Breakfast was amazing!!! The people that take care of the cafeteria are so friendly. Sergio Miz was really friendly and kept asking if we needed anything else!! I would recommend this Hotel 110%.

Went to Disneyland it was rite down the street and had a lot off places around to eat and shop recommend this place for the family
