Club Wyndham Dolphin's Cove Resort

Booked this resort for it's proximity to the amusement parks. That's about where the benefits end. It's more of a hotel stay than anything. The smallest 2 bedroom I've ever been in. Had a balcony, but no BBQ. Just 4 for the entire 8 multi-unit buildings. And only 6 washers and dryers for everyone too. Good luck trying to use them. 1 of each where broken too during our stay. Showed up at 2 pm and was turned away because check in time was 4 pm. Showed up at 4 pm, but room still wasn't ready. No real explanation why untill after a lot of back and forth. We found out the strap holding the one dresser to the wall came off. So we couldn't go in until it was fixed. OMG! Clean enough, and ok pool. But definitely only a place to put your head down. Not setup to use as a functional space for the family. Walls and ceiling, NO sound proofing. Even the water pipes where loud. Any time the unit above would use the water, we heard it. It would drown out the TV when they would shower. Would not recommend.

Front desk staff was super friendly, rooms were very big and nicely equipped (kitchen appliances and utensils), very clean and comfortable.

Resort was good. The dishwasher in our unit appeared to have mold. We did not use the dishwasher, and opted to hand wash all of our kitchen items. Would still use this resort in the future. Service and location was good.

A good place to stay and very friendly staff.

The 2 room apartment was great. I really disliked being pulled aside for a pitch on time shares when checking in. We stated we were there for a Disney holiday with our family and were spending our time doing that. The woman acting as conscience texted us to come to a talk anyway. When given a room backing into the main road, I asked if it would be noisy. I was promised it wouldn’t be. Unfortunately this wasn’t true.

Close to Disney and you can walk to many great restaurants. Pool was great and the staff were very friendly. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with another family and had groceries delivered from Walmart. Kitchen was well equipped and the location was very convenient and would stay again.

The pool was wonderful. Located walking distance to Disney, close to lots of places to eat. No restaurant on site. Friendly staff. Rooms had partial kitchens to save money. Clean rooms. Discount parking if you attend timeshare presentation.

Start of stay was good staff is really nice and super close to Disney walking or driving. The problem started when we noticed cockroaches and other bugs coming up from the shower drain and water bugs that where more then 2 inches in length that bite and are everywhere. Woke up this morning at 3 am to go the bathroom and walked in to hotel room infested. We had not left food out or anything and lots of bugs in the bathroom that’s in the hallway. Never again. Hopefully none come back home with me.

The rooms were very comfortable. The service was exceptional. The location was great next to restaurants disneyland downtown disney and malls shopping malls. There was a full service resort many amenities, offered it with no charge.
