In the scenic spot, the room is very spacious and the sanitation is average. There are more choices for breakfast. The attitude of the front desk is very cold, the TV remote control in the room doesn't work well, I called the front desk and asked me to go down to change the battery, I went down to change it and it still didn't work, so I called again, and the staff came to fix it. After taking a shower, I found that there was no hair dryer. I called the front desk, and the front desk said that if I found a spare, I would send it to me. I was really speechless. In Samsung hotels, hair dryers should be standard equipment. I waited until my hair was dry and it didn't come. Fortunately, I only booked for one night, and the rest of the itinerary was transferred to another hotel.

Staff and services are excellent! Breakfast good. Walking distance to Disney shuttles, walgreens, restaurants, cvs etc...
Beds were very uncomfortable for the adults. Scratchy bedding, hard beds and flat pillows. Me and hubby shared the bed 1st night, I tried the pull out couch the next night, and hubby tried the pull out couch the last two nights. Meh...
This place is affordable, conveniently located, excellent staff but needs a remodel with regard to bedding and comfort.
I won't choose this hotel again unless they do a remodel, but I do recommend it for everything else. Happy travels!

We showed a little early but they checked us in and we hung out with staff. The front desk staff were so good with our kids and Nader hem comfortable. Great place we will be back.

I was so disappointed with our stay this time. I have stayed at Homewood Suites Anaheim-Resort two other times but they have really gone downhill. Day one, we had to request the kitchen sink be unclogged as it was full of dirty water. Day two we had to ask for a new tub/shower handle because it wouldn't turn anymore. The fold out couch was filthy, the mattress on the couch and trundle bed so thin you could feel the springs when you lay down. Water was shutoff to the entire hotel for 6 hours. The staff is very nice and they were prompt with fulfilling requests.

As Always Homewood Suite room condition is perfect with full kitchen.
don't need to buy ART ticket but can take Toy Story Parking lot Shuttle bus instead.
