It was good stay. Good food and good stay. Property is very good and hygiene is also very good. We stayed for 2 nights and had good experience. Hotel location is little away from city but very calm. Mr Aijaz was very polite and professional in his service.

The staff and management is just wonderful. A must stay for those who are coming to Gulmarg. Mr. Aijaz took care of us and helped in every possible way. The food is also very good and the chef is a wonderful human being. The rooms are also neat and clean.

Property is clean, picturesque surroundings and has very courteous staff. We were there for 2 nights and this place was perfect for our stay. Lobby and garden outside was spacious for guests and rooms were well maintained. Special call out for Aijaz for his kind hospitality and professionalism.

Beautiful view... Extreme delicious food.... an enjoyable stay describes my trip here. The staff here is extremely helpful and take an extra effort to cater to your comfort. The view from our balcony is a cherry on the cake... snow capped mountains and a stream running close to it.

First and foremost I booked this because of the spa component but that doesn’t exist atall in the property. So it shouldn’t be marketed as that. Overall the quality of service was really good and the people were good too. The experience was not as good for the price being paid per night.

This hotel has some unique things & highly recommended: - Best view from Balcony, seeing Snow covered mountains (in May 2024), surrounded with lust green nature. - Direct Sun Rise view from Balcony. - Just besides stream of water view with sweet sound. - Neat & clean rooms with wonderful hospitality from all hotel staff. - Good food with various variety & guys in dining room ( Mr. Aijaz & Mr.Ashiq ) were very helpful helpful & taking care of all our family members, kids ***** with all other guests very well.

Great stay and friendly staff. Suhail was very accommodating. Delicious food. View from our room was very beautiful. The location is convenient to reach nearby valleys and lookout points. Overall highly recommend and enjoyed our stay here.
