"We had gone for the trip on march mid week and the planning was started from January itself. After so any checking we come to know about this property in Google and find it was a nice one with all amenities and good views. I have called feroz bhai on January itself and discussed the same with him. We [3 families of a total 13 members including kids] stayed there on march 20 & 21 [2 days] there and as per his suggestion we booked 6 rooms with good rates, and given some advance payment for that also. I have seen some photos of that property online and booked by that, as we have arranged all by our self rather than any agency we had a doubt about the place. But when we reached there it was very beautiful than the one in photos, all the views from there was just amazing. I will definitely recommend this place with our experience and no one had any issues there. And the river was just flow right side of the property"

"Hotel Service was very pathetic. They have fixed time for Hot water (5:30 AM to 9:30 AM). They don’t have strong network of WiFi due to that we have faced lot of issues. Regarding food - As per my opinion road side Maggi was good compare to their Dinner and breakfast. It’s not worth to pay and stay over there."

"We visited Pahalgam while on pilgrimage to the holy Amarnath Cave and spent several days resting before and after our pilgrimage at the wonderful Hotel Himalaya House. The location and view is spectacular, being nestled in the hills with views of snow-caped mountains, on the bank of the Lider river. Our room was spacious, clean, very comfortable, and with views of the mountains and the beautiful hotel gardens. All members of the staff where attentive, responsive, polite, and professional. We spent quite a bit of time speaking with them about life in Kashmir, Pahalgam, and the many important sites in the area. The food was incredible, serving both pan-Indian dishes as well as Kashmiri specialties. We congratulate the owner Gulzar for the amazing Himalayan retreat he has created and curates. He and his staff went out of their way to be helpful to us. I live the US, and I look forward to spending more time at Himalayan House during our next visit to Kashmir."

"Worst hotel ever stayed. Behaves as if we are the captives and they are the jailers. Keep proper eye on what u eat at dinner and breakfast . We went with a group of 9 friends which were couples but they treated us like we dont deserve this hotel. They charged 50 rs for drinking water, they gave two complimentary bottles (500ml ) ofcourse its way too much because we cannot drink this much water in our lifetime. Raees the manager behaves like we ate his food , ofcourse doing his job by properly reminding us that "Your time is up kindly go back to room". worst hotel ever stayed."
