Посетили данный отель мы в августе 2021 г .сняли два номера один по цене 4000 сутки ,другой 3300 в цокольном Этаже (там вообще не реально с детьми жить )встретили нас хорошо ,персонал вежливый ,номер полулюкс хороший ,второй номер ужасный без окна в целом ,там всегда сырость и пахнет не приятно ,вид из окна прям на рынок ну да ладно ,13 августа анапу затопило и мало того ,что С погодой не повезло ,так в отёле вырубили свет мы были с двум детьми !!одному 4 году ,вторая грудная 8 месяцев !мы просидели в темноте без света ,телевизора,горячей воды ,без сотовой связи тк там она не ловить вообще еда малышки пропала потому что холодильник не работал ♀️♀️Это вот за это мы заплатили 7300 за сутки ????вернуть деньги хозяин отказался сказал ему по Барабану на все вы услугой пользовались !те по его мнению услугу ,которую он нам предоставил соответсвует заявленной !!!сказал могли бы съехать в ту ночь с детьми ,а вы остались ♀️♀️♀️Мы вам даже свечку принесли ,вот это сервис я понимаю ♀️Если такое чп со светом у всех нормальных отЕлей генераторы есть !ах да забыла уточнить я бронировала через сайт *********** сотрудники отеля отменили эти бронирования и попросили сказать якобы мы передумали там жить ,если позвонят с этого сайта ,дабы не платить комиссию им так что отношения к людям за чей счёт они существуют вот такое гнилое ,кто же к вам захочет вернуться ???
