"We were with my husband at the Moon Hotel since June 01, 2024 for 10 days. The hotel is just excellent, the view from the balcony 5th floor is chic, every evening watched the most beautiful sunset. Staff responsive, friendly, provided any support. I would like to especially note the administrator Alena and Dmitry, always with a smile answered any of our requests or question.Cleaning rooms and changing clothes and towels every 3 days. Food in the hotel for 5+, breakfast is good, diverse (casha, eggs, cucumbers, pancakes), always all warm.hotel for 5 stars, we will surely return here again, and advise it to visit all guests of the Black Sea Coast. "The staff are settled later, the staff are unable to cope with the load and are unable to prepare the rooms in time. We were grossly placed before the fact that we were not apologized and tried to resolve the situation to smooth the impression. As a result, we only managed to accommodate two hours after the time. We pay enough for living to expect good attitude. Alas, "Golden Bay" turned out not to be frozen with the selection and training of qualified personnel. The location is successful, but the staff attitude is a complete failure. When entering the room itself the number was removed horrible. Paul was sticky and dirty, rolled a few cut nails. The couch was wet. The unpleasant odor of the living itself was remembered by the rudeness and indifference of the staff. The cleaner behaved in the hammock. When asked to come later, as we had breakfast, she replied with a refusal. When she was still released, she behaved loudly and showed her dissatisfaction in all appearances. Towels were inaccurately thrown away. Beddings were not filled. Shampoo was not brought for a few days. The day before some towels were taken, but the clean ones were not returned, they had to apply to the recipes. The cherry on the cake that irritates day by day became the ineffective recognition of faces on the beach, apparently not going to fix it."
