"Good clean hotel Staff Not particularly polite"

"We were welcomed by two lovely ladies at 3pm. We ordered potatoes to share, a croquette and an oyster with tiger nut and coconut. It was bland and luke warm. Our mains were cannelloni, which was lukewarm warm and had to be sent back. A rump steak cooked rare to share, which was basically raw and a “large” fish of the day, which was small and also not served hot. I had to send my cannelloni back as well as half of the rump steak, sold by 100g. We were so underwhelmed it was disappointing. The staff were friendly though. The white wine was good. The red not so much. An old English phrase springs to mind. “All fur coat, no knickers”. Which basically means it looks good on the surface, but the detail is so lacking. Disappointed as I booked Beton Brut to impress my sister who lives in France. We all agreed that we wouldn’t visit again. Embarrassed and disappointed."

"With children in this hotel definitely not!!! No! No! I was half an hour murmuring on the receptacle for breaking the locks in the room 2 toilet in the room that my 2-year-old can lock the door and we won't open it at all, what I was told on the receptacle you would break the door at your expense, I say no, It's you who'll break the door at the hotel at your expense and get the baby out of there. God, it was a nightmare. No apology from the hotel followed. The view from the room is the most terrible in my life on the 2nd floor, rest is spoiled, went to drink coffee and to look at the sea as a result of the mistake the husband's enterprise booked us the wrong room, had to live on the second floor in the most ugly room, No sea from there can be seen as in the underground. We wanted to change the room but we were told there were no free rooms but obviously it was not true, there were few people in the hotel, not a season. Shortly horror and nightmare, I don't recommend."

"Overall it's normal, but there are nuances. Plus are large enough rooms (though the standard room in the mansard is dark as the window is small), convenient location - close to the sea and city, normal breakfast. The pool is clean. The downsides - girls on the respiratory are somewhat arrogant, very patronizingly speak to guests. Breakfast only from 8 o'clock. Small and very narrow parking, I could not stand up anywhere on my car. And most importantly - parking on the territory for guests paid - 200r/s. This is my practice for the first time."

"Planned holiday , chose this hotel , everything was arranged , in general use all indicated , agreed date , made prepaid, then randomly , themselves learned that mangal is paid (1000 a day ) , everywhere it is always in general free use , the administrator didn't even inform about it ,very bad administrator work,rude , unwelcome ,not inform that their hotel is paid ,very offensive ,vacation is spoiled"
