The first thing I want to pay attention to is that the hotel takes guests all year round, what is rare in this town!Resided mainly in the 2th locally improved room: heated(despite cool weather), repairs fresh, the room is very comfortable, the balcony (for me very important), furniture and plumbing-new, very ergonomic. Service is very customer-oriented. Clean room and overall in the hotel without complaints. Staff are friendly, communicable and very responsive: there were a couple of points on my fault)))-administrators and maids reacted lightningly to the removal of unforeseen situations) Location: parking-is, Stops/cafes/shops(including Magnit)-3 minutes walk, sea in 5 minutes. By the way, in 10 minutes the sanatorium "Rodnik" and with it the Buvet - the magnificent water from the well, I for the medical purposes 2 times a day took water before food. About the Prospekt itself I can add who loves walking and bike walks - the best nature and equipped alleys and The food I often have problems in hotels (I am a vegetarian)-the cook has always made an exproportion in his menu(for that a separate thank you).
