Отвратительный сервис, с 7 утра и весь день проводили строительные работы перфоратором( не предупредив об этом при заселении) тапочки, шампунь и прочие средства гигиены за дополнительную плату по 100рублей. Заявленный балкон в номере оказался 20 см в ширину с упором в стену. Вообщем в Анапе пока хуже не встечали
