Great place. Easy check in, front desk very helpful with our last second needs. Clean room, very nice bathroom. Had a couple of drinks at the bar, very friendly staff. Would stay here again if we return to Anchorage!

Great layout of the room. Shower actually works properly and water is contained within it. Bathroom sink did not drain properly. Kitchenette has great features with real glass for your drinks. Coffee packs were unusually very good.

When I arrived in Anchorage for a meeting, my arrangement was to stay at hyatt house. I was very happy with all the staff, they went above and beyond to make me feel at home! I will definitely come back and stay here again.

We had a lovely, spacious room with a great view. The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast options. The property was clean and the employees were very helpful and attentive to our needs. It is on a busy road, however, which made it hard for us to fall asleep at night. I guess that's the downside to a room with lots of windows facing the two busy streets.

Excellent customer service and the room was neat and clean. I will stay here again as the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

Staff nice, rooms very small for a Hyatt. It is more like a Comfort Inn. If you want the Hyatt standard stay at the other Hyatt in town it is very nice and an upgrade. We had a terrible smell in the room and they offered a new room, but the whole end of that hotel had a smell. Staff dealt with it but it never went away. Also if you need a walk in freezer for your Bush items they do not have one, just two small chest freezers on a first serve basis.
