The next day we asked to clean the room, but the waiter evaded and said that their room was not cleaned every day. It was the first time I heard about it, and then two bath towels were sent as room service. My friend's room carpet was full of hair that had not been cleaned at all, but he lied and said it had been cleaned. The shower gel and shampoo were completely empty, and the next day there was no hot water shower. My friend called and his attitude was very perfunctory. It was a terrible experience. It’s broken. She refused a refund. Spent 2 hours locating a hotel with working hot tub. I’m out the few HUNDRED dollars."
