So bad! They write of great hospitality in Anchorage and then just cancelled our reservation for August 2021 without any reason leaving us in the high season without an accommodation (we reserved at least 6 months in advance). It is unacceptable and not the way to do business. We called twice and have written 2 Emails... no answer! Probably although the actual pandemic situation they don't need any money. Don't go if you don't want to risk that your reservations gets canceled without warning.

Imagine flying to Alaska, getting off of a plane and calling the hotel you booked well in advance only to be told they are closed and have been for 5 weeks! They had 5 weeks to get my information from Priceline and contact me. We were left with one hotel that was actually opened! I unreal! Don’t stay here, clearly they don’t know how to be professionals!
