The room provides utensils and cooking space. The only drawback is that the room was not cleaned in the middle of my stay for two days. The hotel breakfast is really average. There is no need to buy it separately. The staff is very enthusiastic.

It was stated that there is an airport shuttle bus, so I made a reservation, but there was no airport shuttle. In the end, I called a lift and moved it. Please note. The price included breakfast, but the breakfast was very simple, so I didn't feel much merit. Rather, the advantage is that it is very close to the airport (10 minutes by car) and there are very good Vietnamese restaurants around. It is difficult to recommend as the price-to-quality ratio is low.

We wanted to give lots of kudos to Samantha at the front desk, who gave us the best service ever. I’m having g surgery soon and she set up the reservation for the few days there. Promised it would be near the elevator, so I wouldn’t have to walk too far and checked in on us to make sure the rooms was okay. We have stayed at many Hilton’s in our long lives and this, frankly, was the best we’ve ever been treated. I would also like to thank the young gentleman with her. I didn’t get his name and he signed us up for a Hilton member contest. Very cool!

Overall, the staff was friendly and courteous. The property was well kept, safe and clean. Hotel is easy to find and is within walking distance to several restaurants and coffeehouses. I’ll definitely be staying again.

Room wasn’t ready 2 hours after checkin time. No compensation offered not even a bottle of water, just told to wait. Staff shortages was given as reason. Sent housekeeping to speed clean room, still had to ask for cleaner pillowcases. Anchorage hotels are overpriced and in need of repairs/refurbishing. This one is relatively new, yet furniture is badly worn, in lobby and in rooms. Will be choosing different accommodations going forward. Noisy location.

The rooms are very clean. The guest services are second to none. They go out of their way to accommodate you even when they don't have to. Samantha does a great job and is extremely helpful. I've been around the world for work and you can't find this quality of service.
