The services of hotel was nice, thanks staff Sarah picked up thing and rushed to give me, Sarah was sincere, friendly, attentive to guests. Other staff are polite, friendly
The room and restroom is spacious, clean, tidy, nice housekeeping, there is balcony.
in breakfast, two or more types of bread is recommended : )
If slipper is found in room, it is super.

Have yet to go. We booked for May 2024. Found out it is completely closed. Yet they are STILL TAKING RESERVATIONS. No one answers the phone and there is no way to cancel online. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION. Not sure what we can do to cancel. The reservation line when called says that is not their Hotel.

We had reservations for three nights. Flew in to Anchorage only to find out the hotel is closed. We did not get notified. We had to find another hotel on a Friday night after three flights and 12 hours of travel. The place is boarded up, no one answered the phone.

The staff were nice, the rooms are large and clean and very comfortable. Close and walkable to lots of restaurants and shops.

This is an excellent location in downtown...less than a block to some wonderful restaurants and easy walk to the museum. During tourist time I would guess parking an issue but in off times (spring/fall) no worries to park.
