"The hotel is conveniently located, with shopping malls and restaurants just a few minutes' walk away. The room is big and clean. But the attitude of the staff is average, and I couldn't get a travel transfer. The most unfortunate thing was that there was a power outage in the entire hotel at around 11 o'clock on the second night of our stay. There was no air conditioning and we could only open the windows. The noise of cars outside was very loud, which affected our sleep. The electricity was not restored until 9am the next day, but breakfast was not served. When asked whether the hotel would provide a refund, there was no positive response."

GGuest UserEverything else is fine, the air conditioning outlet is very loud, affecting sleep. During the stay, there was a fire alarm misreported, and the guests walked out of the hotel and the fire was on the scene. It is said that there has been a recent incident. The above two hope to improve.

GGuest UserThere was a guy at the front desk whose service was average. After asking for our IDs, he also asked me for my home address? it's wired. Then the ventilation fan in the bathroom could not be turned on. When I reported it to him, he told me to ask maintenance personnel to come and take a look, but they never came.
The room and hotel are okay, clean and sanitary, and the facilities are relatively new. Overall, it is recommended.

GGuest UserI usually have a peaceful, enjoyable stay when I stay here, but this time is wasn’t so peaceful. There was a kids birthday party or something going on where there were a lot of rambunctious kids running up and down the hallway, making all this noise during my stay. Not enjoyable at all.

GGuest UserIn the angchge encounter with the embarrassing thing, the first is that when you are in the chic in, you can't find the reservation and the paid room rate information. The front desk and the reservation department contacted the phone for more than 10 minutes before checking the reservation information, and the check-in procedure was completed. The room card, we went to open the door, found that the room given to the person did not check out, the front desk found the wrong room card, catch up to change another room card, continue to open the door, or the room did not check out, even change the room, Can not stay, until the fourth, can finally stay.

NNickHotel was very clean, conveniently located next to a bicycle rental that's very cheap to explore the area. Lake was beautiful as well.
