"Great room and great location, the only thing is that on the first day we are here, they refused to provided breakfast even that we clearly have breakfast included for our reservation, and this lady server at the dining area has a very bad attitude. But the manager gets back to us and offered compensation the next day so we were satisfied overall."

There was a guy at the front desk whose service was average. After asking for our IDs, he also asked me for my home address? it's wired. Then the ventilation fan in the bathroom could not be turned on. When I reported it to him, he told me to ask maintenance personnel to come and take a look, but they never came.
The room and hotel are okay, clean and sanitary, and the facilities are relatively new. Overall, it is recommended.

Guest UserI usually have a peaceful, enjoyable stay when I stay here, but this time is wasn’t so peaceful. There was a kids birthday party or something going on where there were a lot of rambunctious kids running up and down the hallway, making all this noise during my stay. Not enjoyable at all.

Guest UserIn the angchge encounter with the embarrassing thing, the first is that when you are in the chic in, you can't find the reservation and the paid room rate information. The front desk and the reservation department contacted the phone for more than 10 minutes before checking the reservation information, and the check-in procedure was completed. The room card, we went to open the door, found that the room given to the person did not check out, the front desk found the wrong room card, catch up to change another room card, continue to open the door, or the room did not check out, even change the room, Can not stay, until the fourth, can finally stay.

LINGJUNThe mountain view room, the result is to see the roof and a little point of the mountain, there is a house opposite to block the view, there is no need to waste that money to set the mountain view room. Because you can go out everywhere. The sanitary conditions are general, not very good or bad, it is OK for dog friendly hotels.

Lovely Hotel great spot to be in the center of Anchorage and is close to the freeway, just be careful parking is not attached, the staff early early Feb 14th was so helpful lovely and kind 3 girls(posted their names on the yelp review)
