This hotel is easy to find, and quite close to the airport. Staff were helpful, and the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The dark curtains were definitely appreciated with the sunset being so late! The shower and free toiletries were great, as was the free breakfast. Room rates were expensive so at least this made it feel more worth the price. We stayed twice, once at the beginning of our trip and then again the night before we flew out - the second time we were there, neither of our key cards would work but the staff member at the desk was helpful and efficient in getting the issue fixed. Once when we visited the desk there was nobody there, though we were waiting to purchase items from the small shop. We also had to wait to be let in by a fellow guest earlier in the evening, as the front doors are locked and without our key cards before check-in, we couldn't get in by ourselves, and no staff were at the desk. But these were just small issues that were soon addressed, and overall, we were very happy with the room and the hotel.

I feel sorry for the staff that does the breakfast. They always seem to be understaffed in that area. And they usually look sad. I stay there frequently and it always seem to be that way. But the staff are always nice.

Comfortable room and bed. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was fine. Would love to see Dave’s Killer bread or bagels with whole grain or granola at breakfast. Walkable to Hood Lake to see the pontoon planes take off and land and Fancy Moose- fun place and delicious food!

This hotel has friendly staff and is very clean. The shuttle service to the airport is stellar. The breakfast is good and kitchen area is well stocked. Be sure to schedule your shuttle back to the airport at the front desk. There is a small commissary next to reception if you need a snack or forgot something. Stayed here twice during my Alaskan adventure. Quiet at night.

Liked the hallway carpet.
Eggs were good.
Just seemed like breakfast was cheap. It used to have fresh oatmeal, warm cinnamon rolls, cookies in the evening, better quality overall.

I love the free continental breakfast, Wendy’s right next door, clean laundry room, the pool and that they gave me the hotel room right outside the pool for easy access traveling with two 1 year olds and a 6 year old! The free airport shuttle made out early flight easy to access!

Great service and breakfast. Front desk workers were so nice and helpful. They really try to accommodate you. Definitely would stay there again. It does look a little older but the place is very clean. There's a few food spots near by. Loved that the shuttle was complimentary and available all day and night
