The geographical position is superior, close to the railway station, right in the city center, easy to go there. The breakfast was good. The disadvantage is that it is not too old, the toilet is blocked, but fortunately, the room is noisy, not the quietest. The price/performance ratio is not high, which is detrimental to Hilton's signature.

This is a very nice hotel to stay in downtown Anchorage, within walking distance of almost everything. Bars and restaurants are just a short distance away. The staff is friendly and ready to assist, with complimentary bottles of water provided. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available daily, although I did not use them. I would stay there again if I ever find myself back in Anchorage.

I read many of the reviews for this hotel and was left wondering what hotel some folks were actually reviewing. We stayed on the 11th floor of the west tower and could not have been more pleased. The room was clean and tidy when we arrived. The bathroom amenities included shampoo, body wash and hair conditioner in addition to bar soap and hairdryer. An in room safe was available in the closet along with a full sized ironing board and iron. A four drawer chest of drawers was more than adequate for our clothes, and the attached desk provided plenty of room for working. Other amenities included a dual cup coffee maker with plentiful regular and decaf coffee and an ice bucket with two cocktail glasses. The bed was very comfortable and the climate control was easily adjusted with a quiet air mover. The staff, from front desk to housekeepers, were kind and helpful. All in all, a great experience and we would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for accommodations in downtown Anchorage. Is the Hilton Anchorage a luxury hotel? No, but it is a clean, comfortable place to stay while visiting the city.

We stayed 2 nights pre-cruise. Great location right downtown near the train station. We walked to church and restaurants plus info center for tours. Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable room. Restaurant on site we would definitely stay here again.

Hilton Anchorage is located in the downtown area. Location is good and most of the restaurants, mall and shops are walking distance. We arrived in the evening and checked in easily. Our rooms were on the 7th floor and connecting rooms. One had a double bed and the other twin, as per our requirements. Room was spacious with a sitting area. Amenities including tea and coffee making facility was present. Overall not very new but nice and clean. The hotel served breakfast on the ground level which was a buffet plus a live egg station. Overall breakfast-good. The hotel had a parking lot outside on the street, which was a paid parking lot. You could activate the gate with your room card. If i remember, charges were USD 35 per day and you could self park. Good we had good weather during our stay so walking a block to the lot was not bad😃. Overly property was good but we faced a small hitch on the heating of the room. The heater was not upto the mark. However, on our complaint, we were provided a portable fan heater in one room. This is something the management needs to improve.
