地理位置優越，離火車站近，就在市中心，去那都方便。早餐不錯。不足之處是沒施太老舊了，馬桶堵，好在處理及時，房間有噪音，不是最安靜。性價比不高，有損Hilton招牌。

we request change the at first room,then they offer us the accessible room ,but the second day it is flood wheni take the shower. Then move us to the third room

No towel. Hilton used to be our go to hotel but we are finding that Hilton now allows individual hotels to make up their own policies without mentioning it when reserving. The Anchorage Hilton doesn’t make up the room every day. They don’t even refresh the towels. Very disappointing.

Rochelle and Melissa at the front desk are top notch! Alaska is a bucket list item and we stayed at the Hilton the night before we met up with our cruise tour. Rochelle and Melissa went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and special! And the mother's day brunch was fabulous. An A+ start to our adventures!

This was a perfect Anchorage base camp for our "Introduction to Alaske" adventure. The mood was perfectly set by the lovely Rochelle and Melissa at the front desk. The best customer service with friendly smiles, positive vibes, and the care. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfy, and offered great views (we chose the 14th floor). To finish our 1 day stay, we took advantage of the Mother's Day brunch at the hotel. It was absolutely perfect! Great customer service (the theme of this hotel), perfect ambiance, delicious spread of dishes... We were glad to choose this hotel, so will you!

Great hotel. Highly recommend. Great welcome from Habib, Mellisa, Rochelle, and Angel. They care about their guests and it shows. The breakfast was really good with custom order omelettes, fried potatoes and bacon. Oa**eal and pastries as well. Great workout facilities here.

Wonderful hotel! Melissa G & Habib greeted & checked us in smoothly. We were Guests of the Day, and after picking a card out of the prize jar, we won a $40 credit! We were excited and so were they! Habib moved us to a higher floor with a view. Suburb customer service! Nice location, clean room and a wonderful way to start our vacation!
