Was disappointed at check in that the pool/hot tub was out of service and they couldn’t compensate us since we booked through a third party. Room was not thoroughly cleaned, floor wasn’t vacuumed (we did mention to them next day and room service left the tag on the floor that’s not ours..by the TV) , hairs in shower (body wash/ shampoo was out), coffee maker wasn’t clean. Remotes needed to be wiped down also. Living room TV didn’t turn on, after we cleaned… we looked at the curtains and there were white residues on there. We would’ve asked to switch rooms but they told us at check in they didn’t have the King suites available…then to say there’s 1 that just became ready. We were tired and settled, overall…we won’t be coming back.
