I stayed here for one night before a long flight down to Utah. It was great to have a clean bed and functioning TV, as well as snacks left out for the guests. However, that is about where my enjoyment stops. The common areas were very worn and had damaged walls and the floors were dirty and moved under you - like water damaged wood. Other than the bed, the room had a beg problem with cleanliness. The floor had a grimy feel, as if they'd not swept or mopped it in some time, and the nightstands and vanity had a sticky feel to them as well as cigarette marks even though the room was supposed to be smoke free. As a young female solo traveler, there were several instances where I felt unsafe in the location - if you are also a young solo traveler, I do not recommend this spot. You really feel that lower price tag. In the morning, I had to wait a full half hour in the lobby to check out, because the owner was having an extended conversation (small talk from what I heard) with an employee. This wouldn't be a problem usually, but I had a cab I needed to catch, and the driver was getting impatient. If these are all acceptable things for you, then I think you'd have a great time at a quirky, unique space - it is just very much not for me.
