I bought a print as a souvenir and it had no package or protection. So I needed some cardboard to protect it in the suitcase. I asked Afi at the front desk and she got Violet to go ask the manager. Violet brought me 2 flattened boxes which was exactly what I needed to protect the print on both sides. Also Afi told me how to get to the nearest post office & confirmed it opens today (a Saturday). Thank you for your help! Also they both have great smiles which goes a long way when working with customers.

Badass hotel clean and well kept.Cardero does a great job keeping it clean and very well mannered!Me and the family really appreciated the stay we will be back!I Definately recommend staying here for anyone close to all stores and restaurants and Walmart right next door

I am a fourth generation Alaskan and my aunt and I stayed for two nights before flying out to Dillingham. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Afi at the front desk was warm and answered all questions. Cordero was a smiling friendly face and eager to assist us and provide us with all information we needed. Rose in the kitchen made a delicious breakfast and everything was well stocked and monitored closely for clean ups Jose the driver was friendly and ready to provide assistance in any way he can. And finally, Joy in housekeeping went above and beyond to keep things clean and comfortable in our room. To any other staff I missed, thank you for making our stay comfortable! We will stay again, and we hope these employees get the recognition and compensation they deserve.

The scenery here was so immaculate, lobby was clean and had great art fixtures and beautiful tiles. Room was very cozy and tub was huge. Met a well mannered young lady Violet, she was kind and all so helpful. I applaud her for her hard work, she’s superhuman with her fast pace work abilities. Thank you for being quick with assisting my needs, coffee, tissue and toilet paper. I’ll definitely be back it was all so worth it.
