The staff at the Aspen were polite and courteous. The hotel is close to the airport and close to great food. The room was clean and cozy. I have stayed here previously which is why I stayed here again. I recommended it to others and will continue to do so.

Excellent hotel and staff!! Beautiful location close to airport and major highways. Loved the fridge and microwave stove top was a plus!’ Shocked to find laundry basket in closet. The only complaint is the Starbucks next door stay away staff there is very rude. Will stay again!!

Big clean rooms. Well appointed. Staff super friendly and helpful. Great location for day trips to Denali, Whittier and Seward. Can’t wait to come back again for my next visit. Will definitely look to stay here again. Morning coffee, laundry service and 24h vending machines

The Aspen Anchorage was one of the least expensive hotels available to us in Anchorage. It really turned out to be a great place to stay. The room was well kept and spotless. The location was great and near good restaurants. The Aspen Hotel was a enjoyable place to stay.

Im always impressed with clenliness and the friendly hospitality. Its always very welcoming. I travel frequently for work and I'm happy when I book the Aspen ! Some of my favorite places to enjoy food and drinks are close too! I recommend staying at the Aspen Suites if youre in Anchorage!

Mostly the front staff desk.
We had trouble with our unit blowing hot on one side and cold on the other.
We did inform the front desk and they took care of us right away.

Room was moderately clean. Bed very uncomfortable. Carpets in hallway & stairs not very clean. Faucet in shower dripped all the time.
