Ski resort, the hotel is located at the foot of the ski resort, very convenient, the room is super comfortable and luxurious

Es war ok, aber das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis stimmt definitiv nicht...
Personal war teilweise sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber leider nur teilweise. Ausserdem finde ich es kleinlich, wenn man eine Suite für über Fr. 1'000.- bucht und noch Fr. 30.- für den Parkservice bezahlen muss...
Auto hatte zudem Schmutz auf der Türschwelle vom Fahrer und wurde auch nicht elektrisch aufgeladen. Bin mir da von einem anderen fünfstern Hotel anderes gewöhnt. Werde sicher nicht nochmal ins Chedi gehen....
Schade :-(

Magnifique endroit, toutes les commodités Sont parfaitement décorées et pensées. Restaurant excellent dans un concept européen et asiatique. Un vrai havre de paix. L’hôtel est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de délicatesse, le personnel est discret et attentif.

Wunderbares Hotel in Andermatt, welches jedoch bereits einige Jahre auf dem Buckel hat. Das Zimmer (Deluxe Suite) war sehr gross und schön. Im Bad gab es allerdings einige Defekte, wie beispielsweise ein undichter Wasserhahn, welcher einem beim vollen Öffnen das gesamte Badezimmer benässt. Der April eignet sich weniger für einen Aufenthalt, da man zu diesem Zeitpunkt weder Skifahren noch Golfen kann. Der SPA Bereich ist sehr schön, wenn auch nicht extrem gross. Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes waren einige, sehr laute Kinder anwesend. Es gibt jedoch einen Bereich im Spa, in welchem keine Kinder erlaubt sind. Essen (The Restaurant & Lobby) wie auch der Service waren super!

Schon die Begrüßung ist einmalig freundlich, direkt beim Auto abgeholt. Allgemein fällt einem der top Service aller Mitarbeiter auf. Hospitality wie sie nur selten vorkommt. Jörg und sein Team betreiben das in der Spitzenklasse. Toller Spa, top Zimmer und einzigartige Architektur. Ein Hotel wo man sich einfach rundum wohl fühlt
