Not good actually; not willing to provide cutlery, breakfast is boring. Everything too eco. No much customer service, no one will help you pick the heavy things. All staff just sit there watching you

Very beautiful hotel with a fantastic design. The car park also is very big which is convenient for travelling by car. Both the dinner and breakfast are excellent.

Great hotel friendly staff, very good breakfast before a day of skiing, amazing gym, rooms and bar area, and decent pool and other facilities

The stay at the hotel was very good, and the service, breakfast, and cleaning were excellent. The only point that was not good is the dim light in the bathroom during the night, which is useless and distracting during sleeping hours.

The hotel had a very new, clean and efficient feel to it. The bedroom was a very good size and with a large, modern bathroom with walk in shower. The gym was a decent size and there was a large swimming pool ( and smaller shallower pool) for guest. Plus a sauna, Turkish bath and spa. The breakfast served in the restaurant was plentiful and a very good quality. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk to the town and there was parking under the hotel for guests ( at an additional cost of around 20chf per 24hrs). We did not ski, but there were ski lockers in the carpark and a ski bus to the lift located nearby.

Ich war mit dem Frühstücksbüffet sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war großzügig ausgestattet, modern und sauber. Das Hotel ist offen, hell und freundlich gestaltet (Lobby, Frühstücksraum ect). Insgesamt gefällt mir die gesamte Innenausstattung ausgesprochen gut. Zusätzlich ist das Personal freundlich und professionell.
