New hotel with excellent location and very nice view.
Close to the old town and train station.

Not good actually; not willing to provide cutlery, breakfast is boring. Everything too eco. No much customer service, no one will help you pick the heavy things. All staff just sit there watching you

Very beautiful hotel with a fantastic design. The car park also is very big which is convenient for travelling by car. Both the dinner and breakfast are excellent.

Andermatt is a small town, not much to see. They are all sports lovers of rock climbing or skiing. This hotel has the configuration of a five-star hotel, and the rooms are spacious and modern. It is more upscale than Radisson blu's facilities in Northern Europe or other European regions. The pool has a mountain view. Not in the center of town. To pass from the underground corridor of the train station, the Google map route is wrong. In addition, the child’s fee is an additional 40 Swiss francs, which is wrong with Ctrip. It is recommended to book directly for 2 adults and it is cheaper. Love the real fire fireplace sitting in the lobby, it will be very comfortable on snowy days.

Stayed one night en route to Austria. The hotel reception area is very welcoming as are the staff who were always friendly and helpful.  The room was perfect and was clean. The bathroom was modern and spotlessly clean also. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of choice and well presented. Was only there one night so can't comment on all it had to offer. Secure car parking is available. If we're ever passing through the area again I'd be sure to stay here. Was expensive, but I suspect its the norm for hotels in the region of this calibre.

This hotel is a great choice in Andermatt. The rooms are lovely, the spa area and gym are nice, the staff is most of the time very friendly, the food both at the bar and for breakfast is delicious and even though it is quite a huge hotel, the place does not seem crowded. Lastly, the sustainability aspect of the hotel is an outstanding feature. The support the polar bear campaign is awesome and also the careful choice of ingredients at the breakfast buffet is very nice. Keep up that sustainability touch, it's amazing!
