Best Hotels in El Pas de la Casa, Andorra

We had a studio for 4 people but really it was only suitable for 2 adults and maybe a small child. The pillows were really poor and when we asked for more we were refused. We were there for skiing and the ski in/out was very handy it did take some effort as the track was not signposted. The lockers were not heated. There was no hooks at all in the room for hanging ski jackets etc. The soundproofing was none existent and our floor was just above the basement and we found it cold. The heaters had to be manually turned on but did turn off by themselves. We had previously stayed in P& V apartments in El Tarter and they were to a much higher standard (we didn't think about pillows or heating)although there was no ski in/out.

I just stayed there on holidays with my family. We were 5 adults and 2 children. The hotel is very good, it is a right and very clean hotel, the rooms are very spacious. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. I recommend it, it is a pleasure to find people so kind that makes you everything more pleasant and gives you all the facilities of the world.

Of 10! We were 4 days in old night and from the first day they made us easier stay, from giving us dinner the day we arrived despite being arrived when they were closed the kitchen to the deal by their owner, Julio and all your team are great :) The perfect breakfast and very close to the tracks, we have been walking every day. We will be safe again :)

This is a great hotel! The staff are super helpful, friendly & all multi-lingual. Special thanks to Alex on reception & Judith in the spa for an excellent massage. The food is fresh and varied & staff in the restaurant are all very friendly and efficient. The Irish bar has a good vibe with soft-play area for little kids plus there’s darts, pool table & other activities for adults & kids to enjoy together. The spa has everything you need after a day on the slopes, we also used the gym which has all the basic equipment (however it was a little too warm to stay in there for long). We enjoyed the great views over Canillo from the room, which was super clean & with comfortable beds. The shuttle runs on demand so we were at the ski lift in a mater of minutes. Will definitely stay at this little gem of a hotel again!

After spending four nights at Hotel Panda I would definitely recommend staying there. Ideal location for the slopes and the room was very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We ate in the bar two nights and the food was exceptional and very reasonably priced. Probably one on the best short breaks I have had spent with great friends in a great location. Went to Andorra for a school skiing trip. The hotel was more than fine for a school trip, however, most people we met were racist towards my black, Indian and Pakistani friends. The locals shouted the n-word and the p-word most times we went into the town, and on the gondolas going to the ski resort, the workers there targeted my group and wouldn’t let us on the gondolas and gave us an extremely hard time. They tried to find any reason to kick us out and they even tried to have a few of us arrested! On our last night, we had local kids throwing rocks at our windows and threatening to come to our rooms. They had access to the hotel because they were allowed to use the games room on the bottom floor. We had to call the police and they couldn’t do much about it apart from take their ID’s.

January 2024 25th till 30th Hotel Terranova Pas de la Casa, Andorra The hotel rooms were super clean and spacious pretty basic but perfect for skiing holiday reception staff were super helpful and friendly will probably book here again if back in Pas boarding again

The hotel is in a perfect location in Andorra and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also have a private parking garage which we needed for our rental car so that is a plus. Our room was spacious and comfortable, however, the hotel is outdated with things like decor and electrical outlets in the rooms (i.e. there aren't too many and none with USB ports). We didn't have a view at all and our room faced an office building so we had to keep the curtains closed, so my tip for another guest would be to ask for a room that faces the same street that the hotel entrance faces. The bathroom was clean and the water got sufficiently hot so that was really nice. I would say that the sleep quality in the hotel was good because it wasn't right on the main shopping street with all the street noise.
