Despite the external appearance of a seventies prison block; internally the hotel was not bad at all. The rooms were cleaned every day but bizarrely not our last night. Towels and sheets were regularly changed and it was nice not to have to pay for the safe or very good air conditioning. Coffee was not replenished so may be worth buying your own. The pool area was a little disappointing but the Kolona Beach about 250m away is perfect. The staff are really friendly and by far the biggest selling point were the excellent breakfasts. The pastries, cakes and breads were very good indeed and much appreciated. We did not pay too much at all for the accommodation and with the stunning views , walks on offer , excellent local restaurants we would recommend this hotel as long as you can walk well and cope with lots of steps.

We had a beautiful and peaceful at this charming resort! It is clean and very comfortable for the whole family. Staff was warm, helpful and friendly upon arrival and throughout our stay! The location and views are amazing. We hope to return soon!

We loved our stay Mare Vista in Batsi. It was close to everything and had convenient parking. We felt welcomed once we entered the hotel. Sophia and Aggeliki were awesome, they gave us great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Rooms were clean and the view was amazing. The breakfast was a nice addition. Thanks for making our stay wonderful.

The hotel is located on the most beautiful spot in Batsi (facing the sea, on the island of Andros) and it was our third stay, we loved it! The staff was very attentive to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. This year our vacation was a great experience thanks to our guide, Sophia, she gave us all the tips and the best places to visit to better experience this magnificent island. Batsi is the best place to stay on Andros, but you will need a car as the island is large and you will need several days to fully enjoy it. We totally recommend. And we will come back without hesitation!

Molto bello , ottima posizione sulla baia di batsi , si può raggiungere a piedi il paesino e con la macchina le spiagge vicino ( riparate dal vento ) Camere spaziose e ben arredate , c era tutto L occorrente . Colazione buona , alla reception molto gentili . Piscina carina ma nn ho utilizzato . Garage privato molto comodo con ascensore che porta alle camere . Bellissima vista dalle camere . Lo consiglio

Mare Vista provides one of the best views in the world. The building itself is a little dated, but my room was clean and freshly painted. It had a huge patio to enjoy the magnificent view. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The front desk staff were so warm and welcoming you felt they really cared about your experience while there. The outside areas and pool were clean and ready for you to enjoy.
