Blue Bay Resort Village

"We had a wonderful stay at Blue Bay from July 5-9. Very nice duplex suite with lots of space for a family of four - beautifully decorated and big bedrooms. Pool area was also great with plenty of sun loungers and shaded areas. Very accomodating staff that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived - highly reccomend this place, though it is a little far away from Batsi (mainly because of the heat when we were there - had it been a little cooler we might have enjoyed the walk to town)"

Camara Suites

"My wife and I just spent 4 nights at Camara Suites in the Odysseus Suite. The suite itself was very large and spacious. It has a full kitchen with utensils, fridge, oven, sink, etc. Plenty of seating areas to eat or watch tv. The roof top terrace was fabulous. Perfect place to eat dinner at sunset with a view of the ocean. A/C in every room. Restaurants, grocery store, and other shops are a short walk up the road. They're two beaches - Paraporti and Neimporio. We preferred Paraporti beach to sunbathe. It's a slightly shorter walk. Neimporio is a farther walk. Either beach you choose to walk to is going to involve a workout. Tons of stairs, but it wasn't a problem for us and we're both 50 years old. Anja was a great hostess. She was a wealth of knowledge about the local area and was always willing to assist us. Housekeeping was superb. The breakfast is PHENOMENAL! I normally don't eat breakfast, but this breakfast was one of the best I've ever had."

"Beautiful decor and layout of the rooms, very friendly and helpful staff (family owned). Absolutely no complaints, the ideal stay for a few days to explore the island. Our room had 2 single beds in the first room , a small kitchenette , 2 bathrooms (one in the main bedroom) and with a nice view of the town-beach."

Archontiko Eleni Hotel

"It is an incredibly beautiful restored mansion in the center of Andros Town, at the beginning of the pedestrian street. The triple room we had was very spacious and incredibly bright and high ceilinged. Elda and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful and the amazing Ms. Vili literally gave us the perfect vacation by offering us every day all the details that perfectly covered our needs and only locals know!! The building is unique, a very opulent mansion with painted ceilings, large windows, lots of light, sparkling cleanliness and a sense of freshness wherever you stand. The location -the beginning of the pedestrian street- is strategic. It has a large free public parking space nearby, the neighborhood is full of large restored mansions, and since it's at the beginning of - and not in - the pedestrian street, it's very quiet. For those who do not know the place, I would like to inform that all of this is within walking distance of 2 very nice beaches on either side of the tip of Chora (that in fact is the pedestrian street). I highly recommend it!"

Krinos Suites Andros

"I visited this hotel with my husband and son and also one more family of friends and all everyone had to say was, what a great choice we made. The location of the hotel is fantastic as it is only a few steps away from the beach and restaurants of Batsi. The rooms are large with great views and incredibly clean, which for me is the most important aspect of a hotel. I know that the rooms are extremely clean because upon departure the cleaning lady called me back to give me the bottom of a bikini set that she found behind the bed after she had pulled it out in order to clean behind it for the next guests that would arrive. An other plus are the very comfortable beds and pillows and even the child bed is equipped with a proper mattress instead of just being a sofa bed which is great especially if you are traveling with teenagers that need more space. The breakfast is delicious and particularly the eggs ‘cayanna’ a specialty of the hotel which is must to try. Last but not least I should mention the great effort to satisfy the client made by all the staff of the hotel including the owners."
