なかなか良かったのですが個人的に浴槽がある洗面所がガラス張りだと落ち着かないです。トイレも一緒なので特に感じました。それと屋上レストランが午後10時でクローズは早すぎて使えないでした。

泊まらない方がいいです、、、予約してしまった場合、キャンセル料かからない期間であればキャンセルを勧めます。特に単独行動の日本人等、先方からして面倒くさくなさそうな人の場合。 既にキャンセルできない等でどうしても泊まらなければならない場合、貴重品は部屋の金庫(一応全室完備とのこと)ではなく、抵抗感あってもフロントに預けて下さい。預かり証はもらえない(言えばもらえるかも)ので、預かり帳簿を写真で撮っておきましょう。 セキュリティやハウスキーパーも原則入れさせず、部屋のメイクアップも監視下でさせた方がよいと思います。CCTVデータは、大事件でもなければ本当のものを出してこないと予想されます。 もし何かあれば、SkyTrax近くの交番に行って下さい。一定数の申立がないと、おそらく警察も本気で動かないとは思いますが、、、泣き寝いると、自分のような嫌な体験を旅先でする人がこれからもずっと出てきてしまうため。

Stayed in an Executive room for a week on one of the upper floors (upon request). Overall, hotel is decent. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Nice bathroom with separated shower/toilet. Room came with safe & even an umbrella (useful). Nice small pool on roof. Very friendly and attentive staff. Location is great, easy to walk to most places & trikes easily available. The lifts were poorly maintained, only 1 worked my entire stay and it shook every time I rode it (re: scary). Wifi was great, when it worked (re: sucks). Line kept dropping even though reported several times. TV channels are limited. Expected more for the price I paid honestly. While service staff are great, they charge if you require more than 2 towels a day. (It was typhoon season, you'd get soaked just standing at entrance of hotel). Seems a bit petty to me. Will I return? Perhaps. But still feel I could get better value. If maintenance & facilities don't improve, I'll likely go to Central Park next door.
