The room is large and has a window. Thank you Ctrip for your help. The hotel is cleaned well every day. The supplies are abundant. There are no shortcomings. Although it is old, the functionality is not affected. I will choose this hotel next time I go there.
Question: I left on 03/04 to catch a flight back to Taoyuan and forgot to take my earrings with me. Can you ask the hotel to save them for me and return them to me next time?

I have been staying at this hotel since 2012. Never have I had an issues. The service is good and the food is not bad (though you can easily walk to nearby establishments outside for some really good food). The location is perfect. I can get a peaceful sleep here since it's not inside the walking street.

we liked the convenience of the property location.
what we did not like was the fact that the elevator stooped working 3 days into our stay & it was not repaired & we were told that it would take a few weeks to get it repaired which is totally unrealistic.
tis sort of breakdown should be repaired as a matter of urgency or give the guests some sort of compensation.

The building itself is old and the facilities have not been updated, so there is little to enjoy about your stay.
There was no TV reception.
The inside of the refrigerator was moldy and dirty and completely unusable.
The air conditioner's volume and direction could not be adjusted and it was very dirty.
It was noisy outside with dogs barking all day.
You could not fill the bathtub with water.
The water was lukewarm and there was only a small amount of water.
