Kay Hotel and Residences

I stayed in No. 214. The room was very big, but there was no trash can in the room. The TV was unable to watch channels. The sheets were poor, the hot water in the shower was not hot, the breakfast provided was unpalatable, and the Wi-Fi was terrible. , if you just stay overnight, it is an option, but if you have room requirements, I don’t recommend this hotel.

They say it wasn't that bad in the past, but the cost of lodging is now similar to Withers, which is considerably cheaper than before, but there are no preparations for even the basics. The card key didn't work, but I couldn't systematically replace it, so I just received a key and used it. There was water on one side of the bathroom floor starting from the toilet, as if there was a water leak from the toilet, and there were no amenities such as towels or tissues provided. Even those were received only an hour after requesting, and the towels were very old and dirty, so they were not dusty but cloth residues. It was about to fall. Even Filipino guests frowned at the mess. The location is so awkward that there are no tricycles waiting, so you have to use Grab or negotiate by catching a passing tricycle. Breakfast is provided through room service, but it comes with garlic rice, unidentifiable ham, and fried eggs, which Koreans will find difficult to eat. I saw a review that said pickup was provided for free in the past, but now it is paid. Because it was under construction, there was noise and hot water was not provided. The elevator screens are all broken, so you can't tell what floor you are on. I have visited Clark several times and tried various lodgings, but the lodging costs are expensive and the service is much worse than half the price lodgings here.
