Du bruit et des odeurs de restaurants qui empêchent d’ouvrir la fenêtre et de dormir sont venus gâcher une belle étape ! Un accueil chaleureux et soigné dans une maison pittoresque très bien placée pour visiter cette belle ville . Une expérience à tenter en hiver ?

Marlene and Johanna made our quick stay most enjoyable and relaxed. Very convenient for site seeing and to visit part of the city. Close to water and shopping area. Very pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

Very unique rustic place. The stairs up to the higher floor is very steep Could be challenging.
You need to have connectivity in order to communicate with the front desk which is open only at certain time and on demand

A warm friendly welcome when we arrived and we arrived early and the room was available. The breakfast was excellent including freshly made crepes and yoghurt. It was in a good central location. You need a reasonable level of fitness as there are quite a few stairs if you are in a room on level three. The place is charming with many original features from the sixteenth century but with really modern features such as up to date bathrooms. Hosts Marlene and Johanna were professional and charming hosts.

The hostesses are charming, light up the face and helped to find places and restaurants that were excellent. The room is special, equipped, beautiful and clean. Located in the center and all the sites are close. The environment is vibrant and full of life. We would have stayed another time.

I do not even know where to begin:) Our stay at the l’Oisellerie was just wonderful. The host, Johanna, is warm and welcoming. Her suggestions and tips on where to explore and eat were great.
And the building itself! It is an architectural masterpiece. If you ever wanted to time-travel and be in a comfortable and welcoming place, L'Oisellerie is for you.
We stayed there for 5 days, and being there made our stay in Angers memorable and favourable.

One of a kind place : high wooden house in old city center, one room on each level. A bit cold in winter, but additional heater in the room. Nice breakfast served in the room. Very well located near the cathedral. You can arrive after hours too if you inform the owner.
