"Horrible hotel, the cleaning hadn't been done. I found an open packet of cookies under the bed and a lot of dirt. There was no soundproofing between the rooms. The staff didn't listen. The owner didn't accept my complaints about her hotel; she called me six hours after I left to accuse me of tearing the wallpaper, even though the hotel is dilapidated—the walls, doors, and baseboards are damaged. I was on the fourth floor; there's no elevator to the top floor, so I had to carry my luggage myself. No one helped me. Avoid this place immediately; it's disgusting."

"Friendly staff. Excellent restaurant right next door. Noisy air conditioning. Despite the triple glazing, street noise is still somewhat noticeable (though not excessively so), so bring earplugs if you are very sensitive to noise. Extremely convenient location."

"We ended a fantastic driving tour of the Loire at this fantastic hotel. Friendly and attentive staff, excellent swimming pool, and a very spacious room with a balcony overlooking the pool. Great location with easy tram access into Angers city centre. We will definitely return again in the future"

"We stayed for one night during road trip through the Valley. It's a budget-oriented place but we expected that. What makes a budget hotel great is the staff and cleanliness and both were excellent. The room was basic but tidy. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast. The location is walking distance from the old town, castle, very close to tram to attractions like Terra Botanica. There is limited parking available on site and luckily we managed to get a spot which was great. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend."

"After riding to Angers on the EuroVelo 6, our stay at the boutique hotel was a shear delight!! Sammy and the staff were wonderful and the location facing the Chateaux was the best in the city!! We highly recommend as the only place to stay with fantastic staff, comfortable beds, and a wonderful breakfast!!"

"Most expensive site fees in a month in France & not worth it. Toilet/showers were dirty , maintenance on site was poor. Weeds & leaves everywhere just looked unkempt. Wouldn’t go again , 2 nights was enough. On a positive a nice cycle ride on cycle tracks into Angers which is lovely."
