L'expérience à l'hôtel Mercure d'Angoulême a été profondément décevante. Malgré les tarifs élevés, le site ne mentionnait pas les travaux en cours, ce qui a grandement perturbé notre séjour. De plus, la nécessité de payer pour le parking a été une désagréable surprise, surtout compte tenu du prix déjà élevé de la chambre. Dans l'ensemble, cette expérience ne correspondait pas du tout à nos attentes, et nous ne recommanderions pas cet établissement à d'autres voyageurs.

Great location. Good restaurant. But room had not been cleaned very well before we arrived. Most of staff friendly and helpful. But, elevator to parking wasn’t working when we left and we weren’t offered any assistance with our bags.

Je ne recommande pas du tout ce restaurant ou nous avons fêter les 50 ans surprise de mon mari dans une de leur salle. 2 jeunes étaient au service. Le jeune homme nous a servi toute la soirée sans nous adresser la parole et avec son pantalon de travers. Bel exemple pour un restaurant soit disant haut de gamme !! De plus il y avait de la viande rouge au repas. Personne nous a demander la cuisson dont 4 personnes d'entre nou on demander à recuire leur viande et le serveur à mélanger les viandes dans les assiettes. Incroyable ! A la fin du service une dame mal habillée elle aussi est venu aider les jeunes à débarrasser en nous regardant de travers et en fessant tremper son echarpe dans les assiettes. Pour finir on nous, à jeter dehors à 00h15. Nous venions régulièrement et nous étions contents de faire cette surprise à mon mari. C'est terminé nous ne viendrons plus car on aurait été certainement beaucoup mieux servi dans un restaurant moins haut de gamme. Car de plus dans la restauration haut de game est ce bien normal qu'on ne fasse pas cuire les pommes de terre ?? Je pense qu'il faudrait surveiller un peu plus son personnel qui ne respecte pas les gens comme il le faudrait. Des que les responsables sont absents car j'ose espérer qu'ils n'étaient pas présents, le personnel fait ce qu'il veut... Très dommage. Pas de pub pour ce restaurant qui se sert et se repose sur sa notoriété. Horrible
