Chauffage et insonorisation inexistants, flexible de douche hors d'usage, aucun distributeur de savon (hormis de petits savons dignes des plus vulgaires gargotes) pour un soi-disant 3 étoiles et en 2024 : c'est unique et fort heureusement !
Ceci étant dit, une demoiselle à l'accueil bien aimable, à l'écoute et pro... qui tente de faire bonne figure malgre tout cela !
Bref, je ne peux conseiller que de pousser plus loin votre route, car en terme 'd'expérience client' : faudra repasser... ou pas !!

Hôtel testé lors d'une formation. Salle de formation mal équipée, les 2 tiers des chaises défoncées, climatiseur très bruyant. Personnel peu aimable avec des réflexions désobligeantes envers les stagiaires et les formateurs. Lumière des toilettes défectueuse et non remplacée. Je déconseille vivement.

Nous devions y séjourner pour 2 nuits. Nous avons eu notre vol annulé. Nous avons contacté l’établissement pour savoir si il était possible de transformer la réservation en avoir (car nous serons amenés à retourner sur Angoulême régulièrement). Refus de la personne qui m’a répondu. Donc au final week-end annulé à cause des grèves et aucune compréhension de l’établissement. Dommage ….

déçu - on réserve avec parking et pas de place - on a trouvé quand même plus loin. Dans la chambre une serviette de bain usagée pendu derrière la porte. Confort très moyen de la literie et bruit sur la rue. Pas de Clim et un ventilateur très très moyen Petit déjeuner correct

Le Saint Antoine est un hôtel pratique, sans charme mais efficace. Les chambres sont propres et correctes. Les lits sont confortables, la salle de douche bien nettoyée et conforme à nos attentes. La décoration ne casse pas trois pattes à un canard. La pandémie n’y est pas du tout prise au sérieux. Les rares fois où j’ai vu des masques, le personnel les portaient sous le nez. Quant au quartier, comptez une demi-heure à pied du vieil Angoulème. Les alentours ne nous ont pas sembles dangereux durant la nuit. Il y a un grand parking public à proximité.

Accueil sympathique, chambre agréable propre avec belle salle de bain. Situé sur une artère passante, chambre non climatisée donc forcément si l'on ouvre la fenêtre, bruit de la circulation. Parking attenant, servant également au bar tabac, possibilité de garer sa voiture aux alentours gratuitement. L'hôtel est situé à une vingtaine de minutes à pied du centre historique, 10 minutes de la gare. Petit déjeuner correct. La flow vélo est à proximité.

The hotel was okay only. The bedding was comfortable and clean. Overall my room was clean however there was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain. The hot water in both sink and shower got to only the cool side of warm. The booking included parking however the hotel parking lot cannot accommodate more than a few cars and the streets nearby are very crowded. Front desk staff was very friendly. Would not be my first choice in the area.
