The hotel facilities are very new, with exclusive beaches and rubber boats. The restaurant has a beautiful view, and breakfast is available until eleven o'clock, which is great. There are many yachts on the beach, which can be arranged to go to sea. Very safe and comfortable.

Inacreditável como um hotel na praia tem a piscina e o bar da praia que fecham as 18h. Após o jantar não tem o que fazer, nenhuma atração…pontos altos o café da manhã e jantar . Pontos fracos, alguns atendentes despreparados. Demora nas solicitações e concierge muito básico.

Não é só o luxo, é o tratamento personalizado, é a vontade de fazer além do que promete. Perfeito do início ao fim. Eu e meu marido escapamos para o Fasano buscando conforto e um serviço top. Encontramos muito mais. O hotel é lindíssimo, a comida foi além do que pensávamos, mas os serviços foram ainda melhores, com funcionários muito carinhosos, que nos chamam pelo nome, Maravilhoso!

First, on the day we arrived, that night we had to change rooms because the bath tub was leaking water all over the bathroom floor. Also, the toilet lid was broken, the air conditioning had a loud noise and wasn’t cooling property.
On the second room, the same happened with the air conditioning. The hotel was poorly staffed and several times, the excuse was: “right now, we have no concierge or hostess or bellboy”. Also I speak for languages fluently (spanish, english, italian and french) and many times we had to wait for the staff to find someone that spoke one of those languages.
The last night, we had to go to bed without having dinner because we ordered room service and they said that food would arrive in 15mins. One hour passed and I called to see the status of our order and the person said that he couldn’t comply with out order because he couldn’t prepare the food because the kitchen was getting maintenance. If I hadn’t called no one would have let us know.
It was a time to relax and enjoy as a couple in a luxury resort but it felt more like a resort that is about to close or go bankrupt. So sad to see such a beautiful place give their clients that poor customer service.

Experiência incrível. O hotel é maravilhoso em todos os sentidos. Lindo visualmente, serviço muito bom, restaurantes ótimos. Quarto excelente, espaçoso, agradável, confortável. Funcionários muito gentis, solicitos e profissionais. Destaque para o mensageiro Luiz, e também para o Augusto do restaurante. Foram de uma gentileza excepcional. Áreas infantis muito boas, tanto brinquedoteca quanto piscina aquecida. Pontos negativos: aparelhos da academia são muito ruins. E fomos muito mal atendidos na recepção, tanto na chegada quanto na partida, foi a mesma atendente que fez checkin e checkout, muito aintipática, péssima primeira impressão. Durante a estadia, outros recepcionistas foram ótimos.
