Five-star, 25 kilometers from the airport, 45 Euros by taxi. The seaside, the environment is good, very clean, and the service is also very good. The infrastructure is average, incomparable with domestic five-star hotels😅

Merci à Miranda et Anna pour la qualité du welness center et au responsable de la salle de sport pour ses conseils d'itinéraire pour aller courir. Il y a des petites plages sauvages abritées du vent juste à côté de l'hôtel Très bonne nourriture.

This is my 5* review of my stay, always wanted to visit Crete and So glad I did What a wonderful way to relax and clear my head , it was much needed ! Sometimes a little tricky when traveling or having a holiday as a solo traveler as some places can not be so professional and treat you kind of differently and give you very unpleasant stay, why be like that I say?, Treat People How You Want To Be Treated! BUT NO, NOT HERE , No, no Everyone I was able to engage with or observe were amazing and a massive THANK YOU For making me feel very blessed, welcomed and appreciated from day 1 till my last day, I wish I had longer to stay ! From an amazing room to being replenished daily ( room 801 ), to leaving a little kind gift of a birthday cake ( yes was celebrating my birthday away too ) From the excellent food , great variety to suit all needs To the friendly people/services all with beautiful characters ALL work SO HARD To being protected at pool and beach areas by the working hard lifeguards The whole area is a warm and a safe feeling Take some good walks around, set in lovely location - hire a car if you want to check out more, I heard transport is okay too, I can't comment on that aspect as I wanted some me/chill time I was make to feel like a prince and that’s not needed , but that’s my appreciation THANK YOU Keep up the great work and I hope to return another time in the near future With kindest thanks Christopher Hodson 5 *****

Tout d’abord l’hôtel est superbe (un des plus beaux de crete d’après le taxi). Des points de vue à couper le souffle autour de l’hôtel. Mention spéciale à l’apéro coucher de soleil sur la plage ou sur la terrasse du bar principal. Une semaine passée et on ne se lasse pas de la vue. Les chambres sont bien équipées. Les extérieurs sont très bien entretenus et la piscine devant la chambre c’est juste parfait. Ensuite le personnel aux petits soins, tous agréables. Extrêmement efficaces aux restaurants. Possibilité de louer une voiture (stand dans le hall) : ça permet d’aller découvrir des paysages magnifiques et de visiter à notre rythme. Enfin les restaurants, des plats continentaux pour touristes assez traditionnels. Par contre, les plats crétois sont excellents. Merci pour ces vacances.

Very poor food and drink standard for an alleged 5 star. All local wine and beer is excluded from the All Inclusive offer in all bars, as well as 90% spirits (photo attached). Food offering is ok but ran out and replaced with cheap alternatives. Hotel is in need of a facelift. Disappointed given what we paid for our holiday.

Séjour de 4 jours magnifique, les chambres sont propres, un personnel très dévoué au bien-être des touristes. Il ya plusieurs piscines à disposition. Le seul point à améliorer c'est le choix dans les plats proposés. Nous avions pris une chambre vue sur mer . Et nous avions 2 lits au lieu d'un grand pour 2 plus adapté( point à améliorer). Nous avions passé un moment agréable. Nous reviendrons avec toute la famille .

A La Carte Restaurant was amazing! Everything was perfect- the food, the service, the ambiance... I went here with friends and we shared several dishes. Everything was delicious. I would highly recommend this place for anyone staying at the hotel or visiting Heraklion. I can't wait to come back.

The hotel has very nice facilities! The staff was friendly and supportive to all our needs. Very tasty food especially at the a la carte restaurants of the hotel! Highly recommended and I definitely want to visit Crete and the hotel next year again as they made my vacation special!
