We went around 7:30 and it was almost full. There was no problem with the water pressure in the shower. The air conditioner is not centrally managed, so it can be adjusted for each guest room. Is the only thing I was interested in about the thinness of the wall? This is a common story for Toyoko Inn class hotels, but the walls are thin, so the sound of the next room echoed.

I stayed in the single deluxe room. The hotel has done renovation since I was here years ago. It's a modern hotel with good amenities. It's pretty small, but not uncommon for a Japanese hotel. It was clean and the staff was nice. For the cost it's very good value. The bed and pillow are not soft like you'd expect in a western style hotel. It's pretty firm, especially the pillow. I did sleep very good on it though, so maybe it's not such a bad thing. There is shopping and food in walking distance. The train station, bus station and cab depot on the same block and very convenient.
