To catch up with the end of 5.1, we chose to travel on a peak shift. This time the hotel really gave us a big surprise. When we entered the door, we saw free delivery of various balloons. Children should not like it too much. I didn’t expect that there would be another surprise in the room. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a U-shaped headrest (the cervical spine was not very good, and I forgot to bring my wife to talk about it when I went out. The hotel's own supporting facilities are very rich, the gym is very large, the fitness equipment is very complete, and the hotel's breakfast dishes are also very good, the bamboo shoots are very fresh; the hotel service is also very good, the front desk customer service is very responsible to answer all kinds of questions for us, in short, it is a great place Very nice trip!

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is gorgeous, the location to the Hello Kitty Park cannot be beat and the breakfast was delectable. My biggest praise goes to the staff! They are the most professional and welcoming people that we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Every single member of the staff from housekeeping to the concierges are incredible. It was truly a remarkable 3 day experience. 🌹🌹

Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

Location at the end of a tea hill valley within nature is very beautiful . Service and food are very good and staff is lovely, also with the kids. It can be the perfect getaway for some night/long weekend. BUT ! Currently (beginning of October 2023) there is a lot of ongoing construction in the hotel area. In total three construction sites with heavy impact on view, piece and quiet of the countryside hotel. Especially the rooms/villas located on the hill are impacted. Hotel staff was lovely to find a solution and alternative room. Rooms in the main building are less/not impacted from noise, but didn’t fit perfectly our needs as family of four and they are lacking the Mountain view (construction view). Looks like construction will last for a while… Hotel management should be transparent and inform in advance about the ongoing construction. After construction is finished it can be paradise again…

Located in the west of the city, the Garden Double Room has a balcony with mountain views. 🔔Service: Every hotel employee I met has a friendly smile, which is worth learning from many peers. The lady at the front desk, the aunt on the floor, even out of the hotel door, the lady waiter who I met also smiles and tells you do not. The air conditioner needs to be equipped with a windshield. It is too cold when it is turned on at 25 degrees, and the bedside wind is very strong, which is already the smallest windshield. The air at 26 degrees has a musty smell. 🧹Hygienic: Hygiene is OK, the small decorations in the toilet are pretty good-looking

Excellent stay, peaceful property with huge area to walk around and feel the nature. Recommend to make access to water side free for guests (camping area near water was blocked). Restaurants are too expensive, better to drive out and find local places to eat.

很新的民宿，設施都很新，特別現代高級，老闆叔叔說設計費就花了14萬，確實不錯，衛浴都是高級貨，自動帶消毒的馬桶，哈士奇小冰箱，所有設備和家裡差不多甚至更高級。 洗漱用品一應俱全，房間還贈送水果，有李子，小番茄，棗，蟠桃，質量很可。冰箱有農夫山泉兩瓶和百威一罐（免費）。 這裏沒有什麼外賣，我們直接定在民宿吃，16個人883，吃的飽飽的，關鍵味道也很好。老闆說這裏燒烤，烤全羊都有，但要提前預定。民宿沒有額外消費，我們經常佔用餐廳，借用冰箱，借刀切西瓜，有卡拉OK，有麻將房，都是免費。大廳很多桌椅，不會人擠人，晚上打牌聊天都可以在樓下大廳，要了茶水都沒有收費。 早餐很基礎，油條，白粥，榨菜，鹹菜，炒米粉，白煮蛋，醬瓜，管飽，我朋友睡過頭一會會早餐沒了還特地下麪給他們吃（大家盡量不要超時去哈）。 酒店在浙北漂流的上麪，這條路特別特別堵，無論去漂流或者退房，都建議趕早，門口就有小溪，但上麪截流發電，水特別小，不介意的話可以帶網兜撩着玩玩，釣魚就算了，試過，釣不到。下麪有個龍潭，位置就在龍潭山莊下去一點點，水很深，因為環境不熟，怕出事沒敢下去游。就邊上玩了下水。 酒店有個既是優點又是缺點的地方，房間空調不可控，拔電也不會停，任何遙控都木有用。白天是優點，每次回房間都很涼快。晚上睡覺就凍死了。建議晚上溫度稍微調高點，風小點。

We stayed in the parent-child room on the top floor of Building 2. We can see the swimming pool (outdoor) downstairs and the small village at the foot of the mountain opposite. The hotel has a total of 6 parent-child rooms, which are loft structures with separate bathrooms above and below so they don't disturb each other. There are also many toys to make the children happy. There is an outdoor children's playground in the back mountain. Although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs. The child and her friends spent the afternoon digging in the sand there. Further up the children's park, there are some tents and facilities where you can make tea by the fire. We didn't ask the hotel, so we don't know if the hotel can provide these. You can walk up a short mountain road further up. After breakfast in the morning, I walked here for a while, breathed in the fresh air and digested my food, haha. As for the breakfast, it is quite satisfactory, tastes good, not many varieties, but enough to eat. The hotel's service is also very good, responsive to all requests, and the customer service always arrives quickly and solves the problem. The child said he wanted to go to Pulana and planned to go there again in the summer to experience the coolness of the outdoor swimming pool and gurgling stream. There are few places to eat around the hotel, but it is not far from Yunshang Grassland, so we always drive to eat around Yunshang Grassland. In addition to Yunshang Grassland, there is also a Yunxia Lakeside Art Museum nearby, where you can light an open fire and the scenery is great. Facing the lake in the winter afternoon, you can bask in the sun, drink coffee, and make tea by the fire. It is a very pleasant weekend.

It was really relaxing to pick out the ice pick and smash it out. 2️⃣Playing in the snow in the yard of the room❄️ 3️⃣Drink at the mountain top cafe☕️, there is a foreign band singing 4️⃣Take a dip in the snow hot springs 5️⃣Singing bowl healing experience 6️⃣The hotel gave fish food and fed swans, ducks and fish 7️⃣Hanfu experience and photo taking📷 8️⃣Visited the Tea Museum 9️⃣I was very surprised to eat the tea-flavored charcoal barbecue and tea-flavored roasted pork knuckle, and the water shield whitebait soup was also a surprise 🔟There is a children's play area and several ping pong tables The breakfast was also very rich. The butler Tiantian was very attentive. Every service staff greeted me with a smile and responded to all requests. There was a shuttle bus wherever I went. so happy.

The hotel advertises with their golf resort facilities. But as a cuatomer of the hotel the hotel has nothing to do with this golf park. We booked the hotel because of the large green area around the hotel where we wanted to have a walk. Instead we were sent to the main road by security guard. The main road for walk sorry. Further more the western restaurant was closed. Make that information available. The other restaurant was not very good. Im a professional traveler over Europe Africa Middle East and all over Asia
