Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

The hotel is built against a mountain, with a small river in front. It's winter now, so it's not a good time to go into the water. There are several buildings. We stayed in the parent-child room on the top floor of Building 2. We can see the swimming pool (outdoor) downstairs and the small village at the foot of the mountain opposite. The hotel has a total of 6 parent-child rooms, which are loft structures with separate bathrooms above and below so they don't disturb each other. There are also many toys to make the children happy. There is an outdoor children's playground in the back mountain. Although the sparrow is small, it has all the internal organs. The child and her friends spent the afternoon digging in the sand there. Further up the children's park, there are some tents and facilities where you can make tea by the fire. We didn't ask the hotel, so we don't know if the hotel can provide these. You can walk up a short mountain road further up. After breakfast in the morning, I walked here for a while, breathed in the fresh air and digested my food, haha. As for the breakfast, it is quite satisfactory, tastes good, not many varieties, but enough to eat. The hotel's service is also very good, responsive to all requests, and the customer service always arrives quickly and solves the problem. The child said he wanted to go to Pulana and planned to go there again in the summer to experience the coolness of the outdoor swimming pool and gurgling stream. There are few places to eat around the hotel, but it is not far from Yunshang Grassland, so we always drive to eat around Yunshang Grassland. In addition to Yunshang Grassland, there is also a Yunxia Lakeside Art Museum nearby, where you can light an open fire and the scenery is great. Facing the lake in the winter afternoon, you can bask in the sun, drink coffee, and make tea by the fire. It is a very pleasant weekend.

Facilities: Very advanced, smart toilet, smart water dispenser, automatic curtains, screen projection, iQiyi membership, convenient parking. Health: Very clean. Environment: Surrounded by mountains, just a stone's throw from the tourist center, it stands out among the surrounding B&Bs. Service: Very attentive and warm, you feel at home.

The room is very special, and the stay experience is very good, especially you can visit Yunshang Grassland in the morning and evening to avoid the crowds and high temperatures, and the check-in is very smooth! Then, I would like to especially thank our housekeeper Rose, as well as Manager Li and Zou of the Business Department. The service is really beyond five stars. The day before check-in, housekeeper Rose helped us upgrade to a family room according to the room reservation. On the day of check-in, there was a thunderstorm. Housekeeper Rose paid attention to the opening hours of the cableway while taking care of our emotions. She also helped us arrange new plans properly and made perfect use of the waiting time. At 4:30 in the morning, she helped us contact the shuttle bus to watch the sunrise. The sunrise was really beautiful. This is also the reason why we chose the starry sky at the beginning. You can watch the sunrise on the Yunhai Plank Road. Our suitcases are heavy, and a girl rushed to help us move our luggage. No matter where we check in, they helped us book the travel vehicle as soon as possible, and shared with us the delicious and authentic Tujia dishes in Anji County. During the entire stay, they were online at any time to help us solve every detail problem. I really love them! I feel that every staff member of the hotel is simple and enthusiastic. They work very vigorously and are very efficient in solving problems. I have to give a thumbs up to them and to the starry sky!

Overall it's good, with a good view, quiet, many rooms and not too noisy, parking is also good, there are underground parking spaces, and there is a terrace swimming pool on the sixth floor, which is good for a rest. However, there are still some problems with the parent-child suite, which has been reported. I hope to have a chance to come here in the summer to swim. It is very child-friendly. When checking out, they also gave some toys, stationery, water and fruits for children. Because it is troublesome to bring children, I did not take pictures of the hotel.

The hotel is very new, and the facilities are quite smart. The bathroom is also separated into wet and dry areas, which is very nice. It is also very friendly to tram travel, and there are many charging piles at the door of the hotel. If you drive, the hotel is also very convenient to the surrounding attractions. The front desk lady who checked us in was very enthusiastic and gave us breakfast. When we left the hotel, we met the people who cleaned the rooms, and they also greeted us very actively. The overall experience was very good. It is the first choice for accommodation next time in Anji.

There are all kinds of leisure, entertainment and dining around the hotel, but it is quiet and not noisy at night. The soundproofing of the guest rooms is great, the layout is exquisite and novel, and the beds are soft and hard. The bathroom is clean and dry, and the toilet is wiped clean and odorless. The boss is humorous! Very comfortable

週末洗肺洗眼睛之旅，臨時決定週末周邊遊一下，化了半天時間選酒店，最後決定來開元離城～小朋友們太滿意了！！ 傍晚到店的，本來還擔心在山上小朋友會無聊，結果非常充實。到了後離吃飯時間還早，我們就先到了咖酒吧圍爐煮茶了一下，地瓜幹非常好吃！看到咖酒吧裏還有ktv機和小舞台，小朋友們又開始k歌，可惜歌聲感人，怕打擾其他人，唱了幾首就阻止他們繼續了😂😂晚飯在酒店吃的，炒菜口味很好，尤其青菜甜甜糯糯的，服務員説是他們自己在高山上種的綠色蔬菜。飯後去了酒店的活動中心，大人打了打桌球，小朋友看了會繪本，又有switch可以玩，玩到不願意回房間睡覺。 説到房間，面積很大，有陽台，帶一個小客廳，有大浴缸，親子房還有一張小床，酒店很新，所有設施都很新，吹風機戴森的，牙膏牙刷和洗浴用品都不錯。孩子睡着後，躺在床上看投影很爽～ 第二天起來陽光燦爛，看着漫山的竹林，真的很洗眼睛，滑滑梯很大，有一定拓展性，孩子玩了兩個小時，旁邊有露營的凳子，大人就舒服的一邊看着一邊露營，下面竹林還開發了一塊竹林燒烤的位置，這次去來不及體驗，温泉有兩個小湯，還有玻璃無邊泳池，都來不及玩，和朋友約好夏天再來一趟～酒店車很多，全部滿房，但是因為面積大，走走逛逛也不會很多人的感覺，很清凈自在。推薦推薦！ p.s.前台的小糖果是我喜歡的jellybelly款～好吃！

Location at the end of a tea hill valley within nature is very beautiful . Service and food are very good and staff is lovely, also with the kids. It can be the perfect getaway for some night/long weekend. BUT ! Currently (beginning of October 2023) there is a lot of ongoing construction in the hotel area. In total three construction sites with heavy impact on view, piece and quiet of the countryside hotel. Especially the rooms/villas located on the hill are impacted. Hotel staff was lovely to find a solution and alternative room. Rooms in the main building are less/not impacted from noise, but didn’t fit perfectly our needs as family of four and they are lacking the Mountain view (construction view). Looks like construction will last for a while… Hotel management should be transparent and inform in advance about the ongoing construction. After construction is finished it can be paradise again…

I went to Lin'an with my children and went rafting in Anji. In the evening, I decided to find a hotel. Considering cleanliness and comfort, I chose Hantian. The hotel is built in a tea garden. We arrived at about 8 o'clock in the evening. First, I was attracted by the bright light of Yunju under the heavy rain on the mountain (I forgot to take a picture). The concept of seclusion is expressed very extreme through the geographical environment, which is still very eye-catching. As for the room service and hardware, relative to the price of nearly 2,000/night, there is still room for improvement. Other services such as hot springs, the itinerary was rushed, and I didn't have time to experience them. Next time, I will change the room type and choose a room with plenty of time to experience it again.
