The room is much bigger than expected. The housekeeper Mr. Li provides good service. He is always available when you ask. He also thoughtfully arranges special toiletries for children. The room has a good view. The restaurant tastes good, the ingredients are fresh, the breakfast is good, afternoon tea and welcome fruit are provided, and souvenirs are provided when checking out. The overall service is good, the hygiene is good, and disposable toilet seats are provided, which is very thoughtful. There is an infinity pool, but it is a pity that it is cold. If it is summer, I will definitely go there for a swim. The scenery in the mountains is very good, and the air is also good. This is my first choice next time! There is no TV in the room, but there is a projector, which the children like very much!

The hotel is very new, and the facilities are quite smart. The bathroom is also separated into wet and dry areas, which is very nice. It is also very friendly to tram travel, and there are many charging piles at the door of the hotel. If you drive, the hotel is also very convenient to the surrounding attractions.
The front desk lady who checked us in was very enthusiastic and gave us breakfast. When we left the hotel, we met the people who cleaned the rooms, and they also greeted us very actively. The overall experience was very good. It is the first choice for accommodation next time in Anji.

The hotel advertises with their golf resort facilities. But as a cuatomer of the hotel the hotel has nothing to do with this golf park. We booked the hotel because of the large green area around the hotel where we wanted to have a walk. Instead we were sent to the main road by security guard. The main road for walk sorry. Further more the western restaurant was closed. Make that information available. The other restaurant was not very good. Im a professional traveler over Europe Africa Middle East and all over Asia

What a great place to visit. We came as a family of 5 and the host Xiao Yan was so welcoming. The suroundings are wonderful natural beauty and the walks in the tea fields are recommended as are the hot springs and fish feeding.

The hotel is very unique. The feeling of 1100 meters above sea level is really different. It is a great experience to find such a hotel in Jiangsu and Zhejiang. The feeling of taking the cable car up the mountain is also very novel. The air on the mountain is superb and worth the money. It is a pity that we went up the mountain too late that day. Many projects could not be played after 4:30. In addition, due to the typhoon, we had to go down the mountain early the next morning to avoid the cable car being affected by the wind. However, it was quite a feeling to see the fairy-like scenery on the mountain at night. Due to the humidity, it is indeed a big test for the maintenance of the hotel. In addition, there are fewer entertainment projects after dinner, which is a pity. The housekeeper Jacky Zhang provided good service, upgraded the room type, and took the initiative to help us refund the park tickets due to the typhoon.

It was a pleasant experience. It should be considered as one of the best B&Bs I have stayed in recently. The sanitation is good, the facilities in the room are also very smart, and the owner will respond to our various requests in a timely manner. The welcome fruit and snacks in the room are very considerate. There are also many entertainment facilities on the underground first floor, including swimming pool, billiards, game consoles... Children don't want to go out to play in the hot summer. Although there is not much breakfast, I especially like various agricultural products. This hotel is very suitable for taking children out for a walk. The outdoor swimming pool was a little cold at the end of September, but those who are not afraid of the cold can still go in the water. The children rented the area to row boats and play with water guns, which was very fun. The children's playground in the hotel is not small. Our children didn't play much because they were older. There is a stream outside the hotel where you can catch small fish. You can catch a lot of small fish and then go rafting around. It's a fulfilling weekend. The hotel room is pretty standard. The view of the tatami room is pretty good. You can play chess on the tatami. When you check in, you will be given fruits to eat while playing chess. However, there was a power outage in the room where I stayed at night, and the air conditioner was not very good. The circuit was easy to trip. I contacted the hotel to repair it. The overall environment and service are pretty good. You can come to visit the surrounding areas~

Facilities 🛏️: The room has a full set of TOTO washbasins and toilets. The mattress is very soft and comfortable. I didn't want to sleep at all during my stay. There are game machines 🎮 Mahjong 🀄️ Sing it 🎤 Find the butler to play NS for a while
Hygiene🐳: The hygiene of the room is excellent in the mountains, and the Japanese style is very clean and comfortable. The floor of the hall is clean and shiny, and there are fallen leaves in the yard🍂 is also normal
Restaurant 🍴: The dishes of the homestay are cooked by the aunt. The local taste is light and the local fresh ingredients are used. If one person has a dish and a soup, 70-80 per person is very appetizing.
Environment🍃: The homestay is located on the top of the mountain. The room looks like a bamboo mountain. When the wind blows, the bamboo branches are very enjoyable. It is worthwhile to just sit on the terrace and feel the slow passage of time.
It is said that the sunrise and sunset on the mountain is a must, as a sunrise lover must see! God is beautiful, really, really, really unique
Service: In particular, I want to emphasize the service of his family. The little brother is online throughout the whole process and can answer my small requests in many nights. The dog is also very well behaved, and even takes me up the mountain to hold the other dogs in the village stable throughout the whole process, which is incredible.

Before check-in, there will be an exclusive butler to help you arrange everything. Any questions will be answered patiently, and the reply speed will be very fast! When you arrive at the hotel, someone will immediately come out to greet you for a drink and carry your luggage. It is already a super six-star service! This time we were received by Sa Sa and Yi Bo. It was really thoughtful, because we brought children and there were so many needs, but no matter what the needs were, we would respond to us as soon as possible. It should have been 12 o’clock in the morning to check out, because The kids got sleepy after eating, and it was delayed until four o'clock. Thank you so much! It’s too humane, the wild of great music really didn’t let me down
Those with children can spend a day in the hotel. Going out is a very large ecological park. The environment is good. Children are not willing to go after two days of playing!

JJessyLEMy husband and I stayed here with our 18m old daughter for a couple of nights in July and had a wonderful time. The owners and their daughter were incredibly welcoming and friendly along with all the staff who you can communicate with promptly via WeChat. The food was delicious, the noodles at lunch were exquisite and they were always happy to accommodate and prepare delicious and healthy food for our daughter too. They have big vessels of plum wine you can purchase to take home which was such a great way to remember our stay there. The hotel has a small selection of unique rooms, we stayed in the one with a built in hot tub which the whole family enjoyed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there are a selection of romantic and picturesque dining locations. We are looking forward to returning in the winter to make use of the hot springs. The pool was lovely and warm and very close to the room so in the evening we could leave our daughter to sleep in the room and take a swim, listening to the frogs talk to each other. There was no fridge in the room and so the staff allowed us to keep a cake we brought in the fridge in the kitchen. They recommend to bring fruits/snacks with you and we also stopped by the roadside on the way to the hotel to pick up a basket of local peaches that tasted delicious. I was pregnant and we have a small toddler and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

CCuc DanielAlthough we booked in the last moment when most of the hotels were sold out, this hotel exceeded our expectation! The hotel is located in the downtown Anji with many shops and restaurants around, though on a quiet place and very easy accesible by car. It is such a good base for trips out of the city. Our family room was spacious, very nicely equipped with two bedrooms. It was very clean and all appliances worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable. We fellt there like at home Breakfast was fair, not very extensive but enough good choice for everyone. Swimming pool is located on the roof in 6th floor, that's attractive to see the whole city. It's good for swimming and it is not crowded. You just need to follow the openning ours which are not throughout the whole day, that's a bit annoying. I would welcome openning the whole day with completely free access. The hotel staff was just briliant. They had very nice comminication, servis absolutely top and they very helpful to give any advice or help to organise trips to interesting places. I'm planning to come again to Anji because there are a lot of interessting natural places and I'm planning to stay in this hotel again.

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.

But in this B&B in a valley surrounded by bamboo forests, people have become quieter and more relaxed. I like the quiet environment here very much. My boyfriend and I walked and chatted on the hiking trails nearby. At night, we had a BBQ on the lawn under the stars, drinking and chatting until late at night. You can always hear the chirping of insects and birds from time to time, which seems to bring you back to the rural life of your childhood. Before leaving, we had authentic Anji local dishes at the restaurant of the B&B. It tasted authentic and delicious, and it also brought a perfect end to this pleasant trip.

SScarletTheWandererWhat a wonderful spot! We were so surprised by this quiet hotel that had the most GORGEOUS views overlooking the mountains and bamboo forest. The manager of the hotel was very easy to communicate with and was super friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, a little dark but cool and the bathroom had no door (very normal in China). The balcony was just perfect and there was a nice short walk through the woods if you turn left from the lobby that loops up to the entrance of the Anji Jiangnan Tianchi Reservoir and has glorious mountain valley views. You go to their sister hotel (20 meters next door) for breakfast which was delicious and plentiful. They also serve delicious dinner - we especially loved both the eggplant and bamboo dishes and all the staff were so friendly! It’s also where the pool was – but the water was a little low when we were there as it’s mountain fed and it was a little worn. We dipped our feet in instead of going for a full swim. The road is full of zigzags to get to the top of the mountain, but it has incredible views along the way and is new and smooth. Would recommend this nice hotel with a very friendly manager.

SScarletTheWandererNestled in the forest is this incredible homestay with the most wonderful hospitality! The rooms are super clean, spacious and have terrific views of nature. The owners Sun and his wife Melissa are so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay extra special. Always happy to help and give advice on things to do in the local area – there is a wonderful small river in front where you can swim or walk up the road for many different spots to wade in! It’s also about a 10-15 mins drive from a wonderful wetland park which is glorious. The location of this homestay is perfect and it’s very easy to get to from Shanghai. They also serve delicious coffee on site and the breakfast is tasty and plentiful. You can also bring some food and prepare it in the really nice kitchen for lunch or dinners if you want. The owners friend also owns a delicious restaurant in the nearby town (5 mins drive)!
If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet, and natural place to stay, this is the spot for you! Will def recommend to friends and will come back soon!
