To catch up with the end of 5.1, we chose to travel on a peak shift. This time the hotel really gave us a big surprise. When we entered the door, we saw free delivery of various balloons. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is gorgeous, the location to the Hello Kitty Park cannot be beat and the breakfast was delectable. My biggest praise goes to the staff! They are the most professional and welcoming people that we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Every single member of the staff from housekeeping to the concierges are incredible. It was truly a remarkable 3 day experience. 🌹🌹

Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

It's more like an express hotel that is more advanced than Motel. advantage: 1. The room is big 2. There are children's slippers and toothbrushes. 3. The overall decoration of the Hilton brand is there. 4. There are not far to eat and drink nearby. 5. The bed and quilt are still comfortable. 6. There is a gym. 7. There are children's plates and bowls for breakfast. 8. I want to add a quilt and it will be delivered soon. 9. Opposite is Phoenix Mountain, you can climb the mountain. 10. Large floor-to-ceiling windows. Disadvantages: 1. If you want to use the cup in the room, there are still coffee stains from before. 2. The room type is indeed very strange. There are no partitions. The entire room, shower and bathroom are all made of transparent glass. It is very embarrassing after taking a bath because there is no place to put the bath towel. After washing, opening the door to get the bath towel and pajamas is equivalent to facing each other. There is no room for these things in the bed bathroom. 3. The breakfast is quite simple. The chef who makes fried eggs in the restaurant really needs to improve his service awareness. 4. The children's play area can be a little richer, although it is not a resort hotel. The play area is only a place for palm-sized babies surrounded by catering. In terms of overall rating, it is more like a slightly more advanced express hotel.

This property is beautiful , well maintained and conveniently located. Traditional Chinese design cues have been used abundantly in the Interior. The entrance lobby, central open courtyard with flowering water lilies and lotuses, to the well decorated twin rooms are all a feast to the eyes. We were 3 families with children and on arrival the Lobby manager Mr Avinash greeted us and ensured we were well taken care in the two days we were there. The amenities like Pool, gym and TT Billiards room are all well maintained and staffed. There is also a Children play area with traditional Chinese board games and Caligraphy learning area. The Breakfast had a good spread of vegetarian options (both Continental and Chinese). There is also a beautiful public jogging track by the river next to the property. We had booked a twin room and we were offered a garden facing room Overall we had a pleasant stay and we wish the very best for this hotel and their staff..

We recently stayed at JW Marriott Anji after visiting friends, once arrived at the hotel late ,as we did not plan staying over in Anji we did not bring milk for our twin sons, after calling guest service we learned that kitchen was closed already so Jasmine from front desk mentioned that she bought milk for herself and was offering to send it to our room… long story short .. our little boys were happy ad did sleep well.. parents were happy.. thank you Jasmine for going the extra mile and making our stay enjoyable… we will be back for sure

My husband and I came to the mountains for honeymoon recuperation. The room is clean and tidy, the equipment is very high-end, and the location is right next to the canyon rafting in North Zhejiang. It is also very close to walking. Facing the mountains, the scenery is beautiful and very healing. There are also small balconies, small courtyards, and swimming pools. The hot spring facilities in the B&B are under construction. The curtains and toilets are all smart.
