I have traveled around the world and my stay at Sheraton Ankara was, for sure, one of my handful excellent experiences. The hotel was well maintained, really prime location in Ankara with immediate access to best restaurants, cafes, and shoppings. The city view from the room was beautiful. But above everything else, the staff were very polite and helpful. The lobby environment is very welcoming and beautiful, with a very nice bar at the center. I’d like to particularly thank Melek and Golsen who were extremely kind to me and my partner to host us at the bar. Staff and people always are the most important part of your experience when you stay somewhere, and Sheraton is certainly lucky to have people like them in their team.

There is a very steep slope up at the front desk of this hotel, and the car is blocked as soon as it is more. It is rare to turn on a TV set and have programs in various languages. The hotel breakfast buffet is OK, but it is too wasteful for me, basically milk and fruit.

We had an amazing experience at Lugal, a Luxury Collection Hotel. The customer service was outstanding. They were very helpful in obtaining our luggage that was lost by the airline. The staff also made every effort to make sure our other needs were met. For example when we first arrived I had told Aysima that I was suffering from jet lag. She had the hotel bar make me a drink that was known to help with that. It was delicious. Also she had the hotel provide breakfast to go for our family when we had a very early morning flight to catch. The hotel staff provided a very large platter of fruit in the room the night before our flight. All of the staff was super helpful and friendly. We felt very welcome. They always seemed to be smiling. The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the bathtub was wonderful. We really enjoyed the variety of coffee and tea provided in the rooms.Our whole family was very impressed with this hotel and with the people. We would definitely like to stay there again in the near future.

The facilities, rooms, and the morning breakfast were wonderful. This is a nice place for business traveller's, unfortunately this NOT a great place for families. Throughout our stay, the staff made us feel incredibly unwelcome in this place, as if we were much lower on the scale of importance than their business / government official guests. Whether we were in the lobby, visiting the pool, using the stairs, etc my wife and I were asked repeatedly if we just came off the street and whether we were really guests at the hotel. One or two times is fine, but after 8-10 times you begin to feel a bit unwelcome. The workers at the pool looked like they had never seen children before in their facility. One worker tried to tell us that our older children can only use the toddler pool, and that the normal pool was only for adults! When our family of 5 asked for pool towels they gave us 2-3 towels. When we asked for more towels later they took 5 minutes to call their boss and count out our previously used towels, while our children stood their shivering in the cold. They eventually gave us the towels but we were told that the reason for the delay was because we don't want to do extra laundry! 🤔 Overall, families coming for a relaxing holiday clearly doesn't fit into their normal demographic of clients. And the staff seemed to go out of their way to find direct or indirect ways of communicating this. NOT recommended for families with children!

It is a hotel that I would like to visit again as a hotel with the highest quality in every aspect of its price. The reception at the front desk, the cleanliness of the bedding in the room, and the cleanliness of the facilities in the room were very clean, which increased satisfaction. The drinks beach in the refrigerator, free water, amenities, and coffee were also good. The breakfast at the restaurant was neat, the bread tasted good, and compared to small hotels, it was deliciously prepared according to various essential types, and it will be memorable for a long time as the person in charge ate comfortably and deliciously at a beautiful restaurant that serves at a beautiful restaurant. The location is amazing,very safe place and 1 minute walk distance to most popular avenue.Rooms are extra clean and luxury.I will definitely visit this place again as we enjoyed king room as a couple,however day shift reception staff were not happy to work as it was obvious from their behaviour, no welcoming, we entered the hotel and negatively they asked our IDs. No information given, no bellboy offered, and when we entered the reception they didn't even ask or tell anything as i told them that we had reservation.So nothing asked like 'how can i help you?' In this kind of quality hotels i wasn't expecting this.Moreover,they didn't even tell us our floor so i guessed it from the number on our card! During their shift all they did were staring at us badly when we were going in and out.Housekeeping lady were much more positive and helpful.After we checked in to our room approximately 30 minutes passed and i couldn't connect to wi-fi so i called reception and what they told me was they didn't start our check-in procedure into system so i should wait to connect wi-fi, what i mean here is we didn't see any guests checking in , hotel was not crowded and of course i thought that after they got our info and let us go to room of course check-in procedure should finish but what i heard was they didn't even start it. Another thing i should add here is , our room wasn't prepared for us as it had no complimentary water, no shampoo/shower gel, no towels. Thanksfully housekeeping lady found it out and brought us everything after half an hour passed from our checkin, i guess again it's receptionists mistake.Night time staff in the reception were much better and positive.Apart from that it is well located,close to embassies and attractions,well equipped rooms with real luxury and high tech.Enjoyed every minute of our stay in the room and the view as well! Already recommended to friends who will visit Ankara.

It was a small room but very clean. Good for a short stay. The pictures are just like the room and the bathroom is minimalistic. The water is free and free shampoos/conditioner are not high quality but more than enough for one night. Our television didn’t work but the staff was so nice and helped me print some paperwork for free. The breakfast is a small area but actually had quite a variety of breads, small omelet station and fresh orange juice. The cheeses were yummy and the cookies were very scrumptious. I would definitely recommend the hotel, the only thing that was missing was a nice rug I the room... however, the slippers provided were a nice touch. Thank you staff at Hotel Cinnah for a nice stay in Ankara... it was so cold but I was able to turn on the heater .. tho it didn’t go high enough in my humble opinion... but the shower had great hot water and good pressure. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel...though probably not ideal for families.

We traveled to Ankara for business with the embassies in Çankaya. The location is perfect for almost any embassy. The rooms are larger than most hotel rooms. The bed is comfortable and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast is a typical for most hotels in Turkey with a variety of cheeses, greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, hard boiled eggs, cereals and bread. The hotel is a boutique hotel so there are only 15 rooms which makes it quite quaint. The neighborhood is quite and you can easily walk around and feel safe. The only complaint is that the rug in the room needed a cleaning as it was beige and spotted with stains. Other than that I would recommend this place to everyone. I will stay with them again. Their large rooms have adjoining doors for those traveling with a family and the amount of space is ideal for large families.

I stayed two nights, keep from the rooms to the bathroom until breakfast was clean. I definitely recommend the location already very good morning traffic can be very light. Calisans are helpful and professional. The gentleman who was looking for breakfast in the morning was very kind and helpful, but he was very kind and helpful. I'd rather come back if I would.

Last winter we stayed with my mother for one week. Two women were a very quiet and comfortable accommodation. We chose Seven Deep again to stay with my wife and children last weekend. During the reservation, I remember how interesting, respectful and laughing the administration and staff were. They are much more than they are for cleaning, decoration, comfort and location. The work desk in the rooms is very ideal for accommodation for business. The family room with my family was elegant, useful and pleasant. I advise children. But the roofing floor could be risky for too many small children. The best-seller street and Tunisian Hilmi restaurant and a mobile, safe store for shopping. There is no need to seek alternatives to the proper budget accommodation except Seven Deep.
